For future reference; if you get a few lemons, cut them in half, and rub the fruit on the affected areas while squeezing the juice out, it will remove the smell of the cat food. Also works on seafood.

My man and I are converting to a vegetarian diet, and I've been rolling my eyes at the computer all day because it seems damn near impossible to find decent vegetarian recipes online.

Try Delia Smith's site - she's not veggie, but does a number of nice veggie recipes. I'd post the URL, but I'm not sure if that's allowed or not ... think "delia" and "online" and Google is your friend.

Her "Vegetarian Collection" is a good book, although she tends more towards the dinner party menu than everyday, but still good stuff. For everyday, try "Leith's Vegetarian Bible" (not Pru Leith, BTW) - contains a lot of nice veggie recipes.

I'm not veggie BTW, but some of my girls have been, so I keep a stock of veggie cookbooks to hand. In fact, I keep stock of all sorts of cookbooks - I can't resist a good cookbook

4) the assholes i bought my lawn mower from is now suing me for 500 (i have a damn warrent out on me wtf), for failure to keep up the contract, when in fact they refused to bring me the one i ordered  i still paid, they took 2 months to come and get the piece of shit and bring a new one, then new one kept breaking belts...manufacturing problem and still i pay , finally had enough (o and the second manager actually cussed at me!) told them to come and get it , set it out near the road, and hence now the warrant and court. my yard offically needs bushhogging

It's not much help but I've been in similar situations. So I can feel your pain. Just remember:  This too shall pass, this too shall pass, this too shall pass.....

Psssst, if you're on disability, you might be able to get them to pay for the E.R. in retro.... .

tammy, I don't understand how they can issue a warrant for the lawnmower situation; that sounds like a civil issue. They may be trying to scare you.

On what grounds? If you have the records that they delivered the wrong item, didn't pick it up, you continued to pay, they yelled obscenities at you, then the onus is on them.. I'd really be talking with them to see about this, something seems really fishy.

Have her breasts been called names?

Maybe we should start a contest in P&RS to name them?

Guy co-worker of one of my hotter friends went right to work trying to get into her pants when her boyfriend left.  She's smarter then that now but seriously, made me eyes roll and mutter beneath my breath.

At the DMV there was a mom with a young baby, I'm not sure how old, maybeyounger than 1 but she was letting him play with a stick, and she wasn't even watching him to make sure he was safe, and several times he came very close to putting it in his eye, or jamming his throat with it. I couldn't believe that one she'd give him a piece of stick off a tree to play with, to begin with and then not even watch him for about 10 minutes.

and no this isn;t a reply to Van Isle knight but collarme. says it is.

To find the worlds most stoopidest people go to your local DMV, sit, and watch. No really, it's twue. OK, well, they might not be the worlds MOST stoopid, but they are dayum close.
I worked at the DMV for one year. It was depressing as hell, and yes, the people that work there are miserable and unhappy butt heads, that's why I don't work there anymore

The idiot who placed an online order on Saturday (we're closed on weekends), then called and emailed 5 times on Monday wanting to know where his order was. Shadow took the last call and explained that his order was being packed, as we are closed on weekends. The idiot replied that he expected his order either Sunday or Monday. Shadow again explained (using small words) that we aren't open on weekends, and that we ship Mon-Wed, overnights only on Thursday, per the shipping schedule plainly stated on our website. For good measure, he added that Fedex does not deliver on Sunday. The reply? "I understand all that. So, am I getting a refund on shipping? My order should  have been here on Sunday, Monday at the latest".

He was probably calling from the line at the DMV, eh Girly?

Watching some idiot get blue-lighted by TPD....  and said idiot stopping in the middle of the road.   The cop got on the loudspeaker asking said idiot why he'd stopped in the middle of the road.  Then tells said idiot to PULL OVER TO THE SIDE.  Said idiot then proceeds to drive to the next left turn lane and stop THERE.   When I last saw them, the guy was making the turn..

How not to make a cop happy....  LOL
