Honestly it is this

I see a lot of it online and this week it is particularly nauseating to me. LOL I bet I need some chocolate!
I have never been a pack follower and it kind of bugs me when people post one view of things and when a regular accepted poster says something different, they change their view. I do think it is possible to change ones thoughts based on knowlege. But I see too many that flip too soon after the big man on campus, or the misperfectslave will promote their views.
I may agree with those people on other issues, but my position is never changed because the popular crowd think otherwise on something I believe in.

when I went to purchase some ginger beer, they insisted on checking for I.D.! That is like carding me for ginger ale.

OMG!! LOL thank you for reminding me! Chili's asked for my ID when I ordered a drink the other night! LOL that rocked. Suddenly I feel less of a need for chocolate!

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me... NOT!

Okay, it's important to know there were hormonal issues when this little incident took place; poor guy didn't know what hit him!

Last week I picked up some wine coolers at the grocery store, and when the clerk scanned them, the register beeped and I could see the question on it, "Is customer under 40 years old?" Clerk looks at me, hits the "no" button and keeps on scanning items. Apparently he suddenly feels fire in his brain from my eyes boring holes into his head, looks up, and says, "what?"

I said, "how old, EXACTLY, do I look to you?" (okay, yes, I'm 44, but that's irrelevant, and if you're a woman, I think you understand where I'm getting at in my hormonal state)

After some stammering and stuttering on his part, and me repeating the question on my part (even more slowly and more dangerously), he says, "as long as someone looks over 25, I answer that question as a 'no'."

I think he might have even wet himself, I'm not sure.

My neighbor's oldest thing asking everybody in the building if we have milk after her mother told her not to because she doesn't need everyone knowing that she didn't have any.
