i get mouth sores too.. but i find it is a specific trigger such as certain foods.. but my dad did get them too.. don't know if some bacteria was involved that got passed down from normal family contact. I do think a mouth canker would qualify as an open sore, and make it easier to get or give an STD by oral transmission. other than that, you may have given her the bacteria that infects a canker from close contact, but i dont' consider that a big deal.. hardly qualifies as an STD. if she is allergic to your sperm, then they could trigger an canker. In the past (not recently) tomatoe seeds, alphalfa sprouts and some other types of seeds used to trigger a canker in myself.. seem to have grown out of it when over 40. If she is having a problem with your sperm from swallowing and having in her mouth, then i would also be concerned about leaving sperm inside her vagina or rectum as well... if it is an allergic reaction would affect her there too. it is also possible it is somethng you eat periodicaly or regularily that shows up in your sperm that is giving her the problem. Obviously this is something to discuss with your doctor, and maybe she should be tested for allergies in general.
