well im a switch but i cant seem to grasp that right word or thing that puts me in the dom role i know it is there but i just cant seem to get it right. i have a girl that is completely a sub and im the dom but when she gets around my mistress she starts disobeying and i cant seem to discpline her without a struggle to get her to listen. i hate to have to raise my voice and i would never hit her in a violent manner ever outside the bedroom, but it seems that that is where she is pushing me but i know that if i get to that point it will be over between us. what am i to do?

now on to my original issue. my mistress is a switch also and is looking to switch roles sometimes but everytime we do i get laughed at because it seems im trying to hard she says as well as my roommate who is a sub she also laughs at me when i try to be a dom around her. what to do what to do

First, about the girl. Have you talked to her about what she does? Perhaps she's jealous but shows it like that? That's the only reason I can guess why she'd do it. But then again I'm not her, so I suggest talking it out.

Side issue; why are there so many people in this dynamic? Why is your sub around your mistress? Do you dom her around the lady? Why are roomies and other sub even there to laugh when you try to dom your mistress? Is this some odd poly situation or something?

Second thing, the people who laugh. Either you're a bad dom or they're bad friends. Talk to them and asky them why they laugh. Talk to the mistress and ask if you're really doing it that wrong since she's the one on the bottom, she'd know how things feel. I assume if she says you're fine then you need to tell the other people to shut the fuck up or maybe play in private.

And in my personal, humble, opinion; I would serious cut all these people out of the mix. You have a sub be happy there. Ok, you need a mistress too, whatever. Why bring the sub into it? Wait, the mistress wants to be topped now? Huh?! Wait why are roomies and other subs watching?? Too confusing, too much drama and too many people and factors.
