NOTE TO SELF:  clearly label postings of mock indignation and anger as such, otherwise some people will take it seriously and get all bent out of shape.

It typically tells you the correct tempurature and time for cooking the pizza.  Makes the pizza taste better.

When stepping over the baby gate, make sure that there are NO dog tails in the way.  Because when you step down on them, they move them, and then you have no footing, and you fall over the gate into the table.  And then the dogs get into your face as you are trying not to yell profanities.
