I just have to ask this, as for some obscure reason I have recently developed an interest;

What is it with male submissives and female  underwear ?

I ask this following watching various profiles flick up on the other side, the men who identify as submissive, well fifty percent or more seem to be pictured wearing female attire.

Can someone please suggest why it is they were this stuff , I would genuinely like to know ?

Its the whole humiliation thing.  I've known too many male submissives so far in life.

They are much more visually oriented than females.  They also like humiliation.

im not  sure if this will help you or not hopefully other male subs will com forward as well .

don't know, but what is strange to me is that a sub could have any undies on at all :)  If I need to wear undies (like if I am going to church and wearing a dress) Master T will "allow" the undies, but then when I get home, he will make me cum (and cum a LOT) while wearing my undies then will make me put them in my mouth as a gag.

I do wear panties for my Owner rather regularly, in addition to other minor forms of crossdressing. 

It has nothing to do with humiliation, because we don't play with humiliation.  It has nothing to do with making me feel submissive either, because I feel submissive to her no matter what I'm wearing.  Heck, it's not even the fact that we enjoy playing with gender, because most of the time we do that regardless of clothing.  It's simply a fact that we enjoy the visuals and we enjoy the physical sensations that tend to be different with the clothing.

Depends on how far you fall when taking off that bra!  Now if it is a two story fall.. yeah it might hurt a lil if the bra was really tight and actually held those babies up and was done quickly.  lol it only hurts me when I have to put one on!

Putting the humiliation , the X dress  issues aside  those have been given and no i am not dismissing them as they too are valid .I think Male fetish wear  or just plain ole fun  fashion s and clothing for males  is missing  from the market big time .Look at the selection a male  can get  at most retail outlets .Sure there are silk boxers but i personally HATE boxers  even is i like the texture of the silken material  the fit  is lousy .Then you have the standard boxers , boxer briefs " my pick " ,tidy whiteys "gross" or the  joke undies  that also seldom fit . Sure you can always go commando and  play avoid the  zipper  at the restroom stops too .
Now  just walk through any women s undies dept  , hell even sears or jc pennys  have a better  selection than what us guys get and in many  different cuts and styles / materials .Women  ask why  us men  poke scratch and adjust our crotches  good gravy look at our underwear .So how about the plain ole fun factor  and pleasant feel ?if there is a better pair for us guys that feels great , looks  nice and  fits well  a company would make millions .I do wanna add the best thing i have  found  that fits and feels and works really well  are the Lycra spandex bike /work out shorts , now if they only had more pouch room .Come on  makers of men's  underoos we have a bat and balls we have to  carry around  make that convex pouch area is that so tough ?
So my vote would be variety and  fun factor .

I don't get the phenomena myself, seeing as how the majority of my panties are uncomfortable as all hell.  They ride up where they shouldn't, they don't stay where they should, the seams are itchy, blah blah blah.  I have maybe two pairs that I can deal with.  I must find more of them. 

Men's boxer briefs however?  Heavenly.
