I mean when working over water, toolbags are tethered, sometimes tools too, at height, the same, space, it should go without question.

Ah well, they are'nt paying for it, you lot are.

Gravity being the ruthless bastard that it is, I'd say the odds are pretty damn good.

Now, the odds of it coming down in your back yard in time to save you the trouble of Xmas shopping for that tool-happy (and quite dangerous) relative.....those aren't so great.
