Status: offline 		ok, so...i have this weird thing...i like doing laundry. some say it's not a dommy thing to do, but really, i don't care much about them. i see it as just a personal kink. do subbies also see it as not a dommy thing to do?

Status: offline 		Personally I don't see the chore as being a submissive or a dominant thing to do. Granted in many d/s relationships, the dom will delegate this to their sub though I know of many who prefer to do the laundry themselves even if the identify as a dominant.

Status: offline 		     We all have chores to do whether we are Dominant or submissive.  I don't see it being one way or the other. It has to get done.  If someone likes doing then more power to them. It is a life long chore not BDSM thing.

Status: offline 		I don't see any sort of household chore as being more subly or domly.  If anyone tells you otherwise, tell them that being a dominant means you do what you want, how you want, when you want.... and you want to do the laundry dammit!    LOL!

You could always beat them with the wet towels to prove your point..... if you're a laundry sadist that is.

Mom, in her extremely dominant fashion, declared that she would be the one doing it...because she liked to.
 
we were taught how, of course...but she insisted on doing it.

When I meet someone who does my laundry exactly the way I like it done, they are more than welcome to do so. Until then I am Dominant and control that. Fox does the dishes, the vacuuming, and the other chores. The only one he doesnt do is laundry.

Status: offline 		I would love a Dom who would be keen on doing that...I never enjoyed it and was always forced to do it at home and so tend to do it when I have no other choice then to do it as my cupboards are running empty and my baskets are getting full *sigh*

Oh I love the smell of certain laundry soaps.  In fact, Febreeze makes a deodorizer that is called "clean cotton or linen" or something of that sort and I use that around the house.  It smells so clean and fresh!
