From my understanding, the size of the penis isn't as important as the dick it's attached to.

A little larger gives me a bigger target and ties up nicely for predicament bondage, but the slightly smaller works so nice for chastity.... hard choice

Men with smaller than average penises are much better in bed; I'm sure most vanilla women and Lifestyle Dommes would agree.   Guys don't seem to get that size is merely the result of a genetic crapshoot of much less interest to us than the size of their brains and hearts.   I think it's because men with average/less than average penis size have honed other ways of pleasing us to perfection.  Boo yah!
I've only had one sub who was more than a couple of sizes larger than average; rapidly dismissed since he was a 'do me' sub [one night, I told him to 'dress sexy' for me, and he wore a T-shirt with the cartoon character Blondie as a dominatrix:  duh!  Another reason computer geeks are a hard limit for me]  and a little prick with a huge dick.

Your title just offers two options: Big or Small

How about reality? Average size. There is a reason why the average size penis is it's size and I think focusing on extremes is getting lost in things that are honestly not important in my household.

What is going on in your head and heart is far more important than genitals.

Of course I'm not doing "sessions" I'm living my life here so that may color my opinions.

I don't mean to toot my horn, but I've never had to worry about my endowment.

It's never occurred to me to wonder if a woman cared about size. Something tells me that if they were that single minded about the size of my penis, I wouldn't have gotten that far with them as they are probably overly concerned about some other attributes that I either do not possess or don't give a crap about.

In my experience....usually, those that go around talking about how big it is, mainly is about all they can do,  talk, and point, of course...lol.

Just because it's big, doesn't mean they know how to use is...it is more than just dropping your pants and ooooing and ahhhhing over it. 

And trying to be delacate here...more than just putting it in as well.

so go ahead and toot your own horn, cause that's what you're doing in hopes that women will see the thread with the faux question, drool and contact you on the other side begging to be with you (eye roll). 

I don't really know anyone that wants some over sized tool stretching them out, and also I require a bit more from the one I choose.  I go to social events, and I really don't feel comfortable introducing to my friends and colleages:  hello, here's the big penis....really would like to have a nice man with a brain and personality who can hold a conversation.  

You might have fun talking to your "big tool" but I don't know of many others who would get much out of the conversation.

chances are you and your biggun will have a lot of hours alone together in throbbing conversation, unless you change the attitude.

      Ah-h , the wiener size discussion again ...   I only even mildly concern myself with the size of one's penis - IF the man it's attached to is one I find attractive overall  - in mind and body .  
     And then , assuming he has rich relationship potential, and we develop enough closeness to mutually want to use that penis for my physical pleasures -  average works just fine .  No worries about moving around too much , or having one's cervix painfully battered while thrusting with abandon .
     
       Of course if it's just a casual play situation , where sex has no chance of happening - any size can be tormented effectively !    [;)]
