Of the two, thickness is by far the most important criteria.

Men who use their penis size as their only or biggest selling point shows an undesirable lack of understanding of most woman. Even just talking from a physical standpoint, apart from the many many many other things it shows, it also demonstrates an undesirable lack of understanding of the way most womens bodies work – just cause a mans cock makes him cum, doesn't mean it's going to make most woman cum. TammyJo made an excellent point as well about penis size. There IS a reason why most cocks are 'average'. Big cocks hurt. I do not like having my cervix bashed.... cervix bashing causes me the most incredibly searing pain. Most womans vaginas extend to about 4 to 6 inches when aroused, yes it stretches, but too much stretching is uncomfortable for a lot of women.
