Blushes, for some odd reason keeping a food log drives me bloody mad. I end up feeling compelled to eat MORE than I normally do, so I don't keep a food journal. However the food point lists would be handy! As for being naughty,hehehe, about an hour after breakfast I had 3 German cookies, and then at 12:15 I had two old fashioned doughnut balls, but I did go out and do some work, and I will not be eating the whole package of 25 or so doughnuts. Daddy bought a box for him and a box for me, and I told him no thank you, to a whole box all for myself, I'll just eat one or two and you have the rest. quote:

It's free, and you can log your food in every day. (which I was doing before my family started getting sick and dying...) I also kept track of my weight watcher's points on there.
