Blushes, for some odd reason keeping a food log drives me bloody mad. I end up feeling compelled to eat MORE than I normally do, so I don't keep a food journal.

However the food point lists would be handy!

As for being naughty, hehehe,  about  an hour after breakfast   I had 3 German cookies,  and then at 12:15 I had two old fashioned doughnut balls, but I did go out and do some work, and I will not be eating the whole package of  25 or so doughnuts. Daddy bought a box for him and a box for me, and I told him no thank you, to a whole box all for myself, I'll just eat one or two and you have the rest.

Thank heavens I'm not the only naughty one here.
I had an apple turnover, and it was delicious!

Yhmy, have you considered joining Peertrainer? It's free, and you can log your food in every day.
(which I was doing before my family started getting sick and dying...)
I also kept track of my weight watcher's points on there.
I have a list of points if you'd like it.

I'll send ya the list, but, if you don't log your food, you can't keep track of your points, so, how do you know if you are following it or not? (at least for someone like me, who never really learned to eat healthy)

Breaksawhat now?  As I'm usually up until most people are having their 'breakfast', I think it's more appropriate to ask what I had for lunch. ;)  Thusfar, nothing.  Well, a slice of bread and butter, and that's a lot really, for me.  Normally I can't eat until the evening, as I get kind of sick if I do.  Always have, even when I was just a wee kitten.  *shrug*

Well, if it makes you feel better, I had a sugarfree redbull, a vicodin and some two Marlboro lights. Yeah, it was that kind of day.  Thank god I am not a parent! ;)
Oh and lunch? Another redbull and a handful of soynuts. Yep, my stress diet plan is sooooo bad

Same as always, half a pot of coffee, half a pack of ciggerrates.

I'm healthy. :)

Can I move in with you????? LOL sans the redbull.  I will though make you awesome coffee with my just recieved french press, I'm a coffee snob so can guarantee the quality of the coffee is high.

This morning I had 2 Soma's since my back is in a wad instead of my panties, damn insomnia and restless sleep, 1  mg xanax and Kona coffee.

I had my favorite breakfast.
Steel cut oatmeal (the kind that takes 40 minutes to cook but is worth the wait) with:
dried cranberries, flax seed (carefully measuring this time, no more flax OD for me thanks), unsalted raw pumpkin seeds, slivered raw almonds, a bit of raw honey and topped off with my newest love which is FAT FREE Half & Half!

Well I'm not that far..... LOL Wonders if a born and bred Texan can even survive in Maine.

Anywhere I go Im the official coffee maker. If I go anywhere and they dont do coffee, I will load pot, coffee and be ready to go.

I moved here with 3 boxes and one carry one. I learned to travel light.

And I can handle any kitteh situation. They would not be without attention, my sister calls me a cat whisperer. LOL

Besides Im a gypsy faerie I love being in new places.

my sweet tooth was active this morning. Since we all know there are no calories in cookie crumbs, i clobbered a pack of Oreos with a rolling pin.

I never manage to do breakfast. Most days I have only my lunch or dinner.

My honey made me eggs over easy with wheat toast and sausage links. I had that with some apple juice and a cup of coffee. Delicious.

I was going to say the same thing, except that I like dunking my Oreos. Hard to do that when they are crumbs. I will have to figure out another way to negate the calories!

My current fav comfort food is apple and natural PB has to be natural.

All my northern friends always have me make my sausage gravy and bisquits because they say no one makes it better than me from scratch.
My best friend Cleos brother always wants me at family gatherings so he can get a fix LOL

OMG Oreos and milk......now my mouth is watering. Every now and then I will splurge and let myself have that treat.

2 cups of strong black coffee like I have every single morning to get me moving and a grapefruit.

I try to eat light and  healthy breakfasts in the morning so I don't feel sluggish all day..but the coffee..well without it I'm just not a nice person to be around.

the calories are negated if you dunk standing up. If you walk and dunk you actually lose weight.

Drink a Diet Coke with them.  That'll work.

Brilliant!

I had a glass of orange juice, some (a lot) cashews, and a morning cig.  Lunch was grilled chicken, and a whole cucumber dipped in vinegar.  Yum!
