Shouldn't it be way  more  of a concern that drug dealers and murderers are out on the streets?

Or am I missing something here?

Granted, this is a bit unusual.  But why the concern over it?   Who is he really harming?   Yes, I know it is a crime to break into the shops, and could be considered "stealing" that he is using the dolls, but on the Crime-O-Meter of serious offenses, this one doesn't even register.

Never mind this 'Tarzan' and his "Jungle Jane" fetish.  Go after the real criminals.

Status: offline 		Clearly the Police concern appears to be a bit over the top.  I'm not saying that the guy doesn't have a problem that he needs to take in hand.  Wait a minute maybe he has a fear of taking his problem in hand and it's not a fetish for Jungle Jane at all, she just happened to be the closest to his point of entrance.   This is an odd story for sure, but we shouldn't blow it up out of proportions, we'll leave that for the guy to do on his next break in.
