It usually takes me about 15 to 30 minutes, with lots of warm up first.

Hmm, for myself, I would classify it as something close to that stage in sleep where you are totally relaxed, right before you slip over the edge.

Ive actually had a strange experience with physical, pain inflicted subspace.

After my first few floggings, my body had realized that concentual pain = endorphins + subspace follows along similar pathways as exercise = endorphins. So now it is exercise = endorphins + subspace.

So subspace is now, everyday, as soon as I experience muscle failure when lifting weights. Which can happen anywhere between a min or two. I use a hold the wieght out until muscle failure approach a friend of mine uses. Rather than concentrating on more reps and length of exercise. It is more weight, yes, more pain as well, quicker time. Strength training. I need to do some endurance training, but I may use cardio for that.

Im not submissive enough to be put in mental subspace I believe.

Physical subspace I classify as the "feel-good, half floating off planet Earth", endorphin filled feeling you get when exposed to pain in a non flight or fight experience, that typically can last a couple hours. And in my experience, has been better than orgasm.

I typically have bad to near no motor control once in subspace, which makes exercise a pain in the ass to complete. (No pun intended)

Depends on the warm up. For me, if it starts slow and builds up...about 15 minutes. If it is pushed too quickly, it won't happen at all.

For myself, it's a feeling like dozing off...kind of in a daydream or such.

I have yet to experience a endorphin induced subpace. But im too much of a wimp and cant take much.

I couldnt exercise during subspace, i cant talk properly, im seriously unco-ordingated during this, and often crash into things if im made to move around. Jelly legs.

I dont often allow sub space to take over a scene, guess I luv where I am in a scene, luv the pain she is now able to take, luv that increasingly subby is becoming mincemeat in my hands. But alas at a recent session the sensations where building, when after a few hours of bondage and flogging and nipple torture etc, began to take pictures and thought she should have some nice ones to share, went for the clit with a couple of aligators to get a delightful picture. Well you can imagine that this was quite a delicate pain which she has never been good with, so yes sub-space took over. i actually went into my subspace for the first time when i was with my Master, Sir and sister slave. i was strapped to the bed -- my arms ankles and thighs... my Master, Sir, with the help from my sister, were applying suction cups. PAINFUL! i wanted to fight and get away from it. then i realized. wow... ok, i'm feeling so vanilla over here...

i haven't hit sub-space yet... i know that much. i've also felt myself heading for it and loved the transition and the tunnel-vision where Master has become my entire universe, and my only purpose for breathing is to please him. for me it wasn't a question of "how long will this take me" as much as it is "what can send me there?" i can (and do) prep myself mentally for it before we scene... that helps.

For me it takes almost no time at all, the moment I hear a certain tone in his voice is enough to send me sometimes, but at the same time I have different levels too. I have been so deep into it that I heard but didn't (I know that doesn't make sense but I don't have the words to explain it) what my Master was saying and then there are times where I am just out of it enough that if the scene switches gears a bit my equilibrium is off and I am all wobbly and dopey, fun times those...

Sometimes don't/can't go there at all. Other times? almost immediately with a whip or singletail.

Now, if using needles? mmmmmmmm so yummy - by the time the 2nd needle is being inserted this one is long gone. one even went to subspace just watching needle play! Now that was awesome.

You ask how fast i can go into sub space.

With my Master- at the drop of a hat i will get nude and do all and anything he tells me to do with the exception of servicing a female as, haveing been married to one, find utterly discusting.

It depends on circumstances - - my frame of mind, what is being done, etc. Anywhere from a minute to 10 minutes. The last time was as a result of his bowie knife and took just a couple of minutes. i was in a trance - high...spacy. Totally aware of his presence but in another dimension. Floating is a good term for it.

The first aggressive act by my Dom, pulling me into position, tying the first knot and slotting my bit gag into place (3 minutes) sends me straight into first level (imagine 3 levels, light. deeper, gone!!) subspace. By the time my breasts are bound and the pegs are on (5 mins) i am floating. Once the real pain starts....heaven. Soooooooooo good.
