Sometimes I find money in my lint trap. I have a bad habit of not emptying my pants pockets before throwing them in the washer, and crisp $1 and $5 bills appear. It makes me happy.

I know this is an old thread, but I just pulled out the lint trap and found a half-eaten sock below it! I always suspected the dryer of taking the socks, but I had no idea it was actually feasting on them!

I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but examining the dryer lint in my house is a useful divining tool, akin to reading tea-leaves. All sorts of valuable information may be gained from this study.

Best to start her off with something small and work her up to a whip. At least she has someone to help her out and teach her, most don't have that.....at least in the immediate family

Just did two loads of dark wash, and the lint was disappointingly pale. Not the rich colors I was hoping for. Oh well.
