Hello A/all.

Is anyone legally minded out there to advise about the new law of "extreme pornography" and its relevance to BDSM activities? Is holding a photograph, or recording of a BDSM activity illegal, even if its an activity you were involved in? Does the issue of consent matter? How do we prove consent?
