Ok...Apparently i offended some one? My bad. I value almost all the responces here. I also enjoyed reading most of the responces as well. Sorry if i pissed anyone off, but i didnt mean to. I simply phrased something incorrectly.

T1981 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 3:09:18 PM)

Yeah, it started about the time you let slip that "about time a true dom" shit, therefore insinuating that everyone else's time, efforts, and advice was useless, beneath you, and thus unimportant.

And here I was, too, responding in some manner of actual advice, thinking that you actually wanted some help in the matter, and that some help from someone who's actually experienced what you are looking for might be in order.

Silly me. I should have just quoted the original "You're a jerk, hope she gets someone new" posts and been done with it.

For next time.

*bows out*

Bout time i get to hear from A true Dom. thanks for the insight. I pretty much know everything your saying though. Your right and i agree.

< waves to Kana > Hey, Kana, longtime, no talk.  Hope all is well with you.  :>  ((Kid's reply was to Kana's post, hence my greeting Kana))

Kid, yep, I'm pulling the kid card...I feel abundantly certain you really don't know what Kana (Or everyone else whose opinions you've denigrated) means.
You posted a question, many people have offered their time and insights to you, and you have disrespected them all, upto and including the one you call a 'true Dom' (Not saying that you're not, Kana, just reflecting back the words used) as you told him you pretty much know everything he's saying.  It must be quite the position on high to 'know it all'...'cept your girl doesn't appear to think that you do and you know it, hence you call her names, etc.

Quick save, there, Hawk. Perhaps you could tell us what your definition of a 'true' dominant is? Is there a standard of qualifications, perhaps? Does administering pain to a submissive mean one qualifies to be a 'true' dominant?

bandofthehawk176 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:30:12 PM)

Well i deffinetly didnt mean to say anything negitive about what you were saying. But your a sub? right? But i apreatiat what you have to say. Not to piss anyone else off either.

bandofthehawk176 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:32:57 PM)

Nope. Just inflicting pain makes you abussive.

Sanguinarian -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:36:53 PM)

Oh good, you got one point. Now if you could only answer the rest of the post...

And what does T1981 having to be a submissive to do with anything, or the validity of the post made?

So, is there a difference between a dom's opinion and a sub's opinion for you? Is one better than the other?

But your a sub? right?

Yes, I'm a sub. And as such I could have no idea as to what pain feels like or how to help someone raise their pain level. Right? Even though I'm the one who takes the pain. Right?

Right. Right, right, right, and oh yeah, worlds of right.

I must say, being in this nice little comfy pile of right feels alot better than the abuse - and yes, I said abuse - that you must inflict upon your sub.

"But you're a sub, right?"

And that right there explains why you can't do a damn thing with your sub.

Right? The moment you discount the person who is on the recieving end of the treatment you are asking about is the moment you become the "true" jerk.

Yes, right it is. *sighs happily and settles into her nest of rightness*

I will have had this girl for 2 years in april. So she isnt to new to me. Also, thank you for saying im intimidating. Haha.  I think thats kinda funny actually. Thank you for your quality input.

Well, I said your pic freaked me out, not intimidated me.  I have a thing about having to see the eyes, and when they're hidden I go immediately into 'not trusting' mode - it's why I'm anti-hood also.  But to each his own.  :)

bandofthehawk176 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:43:12 PM)

Well i did put this under "ask a Master", but thats not the true point. no... sorry i dont feel like giving you all another thing to ravenge. So ill keep that to myself because im a tad bit tired of having my words picked to peices.

Sanguinarian -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:48:20 PM)

Could you perhaps answer the question of why you feel you need your woman to take more pain?

T1981 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:52:18 PM)

Gee, what a shame. I could go on all night.....maybe I need to ask my husband for a beating. Release some of the aggravation. It'd be a cathartic experience.

The point of the matter is that you asked how to help your sub increase her pain tolerance, and when other sub's jumped in here with THEIR experiences, you shat upon them. Did you think that there was some special Master code that you could say to magically make your gal go "Oh yes please hurt me!"? Do you really think that you can ignore the submissive mindset when dealing with pain? Do you think that just because you're a Dom and she's a sub that she can just forgo eons of physical evolution and "wham" learn to love the pain?

I think you do think exactly that. And that is where you fail, big time, epic Internet fail.

You're arrogaunce is in thinking that other Master's have some magical solution to your problem, and it utterly disregaurds and disrespects the work OTHER Dom's have done WITH (that's right, I said with) their subs in helping them move past the fear and pain. Dominants who have non-masochistic subs have to work, and work hard with their subs, and you coming in here just bowling over all of that spits in the face of that.

Sharing pain is such a sacred experience for me, it ranks right up with the spiritual - and to see someone screw with that, to disrespect it and all of the work and emotion that goes into it, really bothers me.

I keep saying I'm going to leave this thread and then I don't......aaarrgghhh..........maybe a beating isn't such a bad idea after all....

mc1234 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 4:54:39 PM)

Yeah, that's the great thing about the forums here ... you can put your post wherever you like, obviously.  And if you're lucky, you'll get answers from people with all sorts of backgrounds and experience.  I've learned so much here reading, even when I don't agree with the other person's point of view or even much understand it.  So yes, you may direct your question at a dom, but the sub or slave or switch who replies may give you the best advice.  Remain open to everyone, don't use the word 'true' and you should be fine.  Oh, and yes your words may be nitpicked to death - that's the nature of the internet sometimes, I think.  Just be sincere, and hopefully that'll come across.

Some words of advice which weren't asked for, cause I'm in a sharing mood tonight.  ;-)

OP, If I'm reading this all correctly, you started with this girl when you were 16 years old (according to the age on your profile). Now, I'm not trying to imply that you're too young...what I am saying, though, is that you've been given some outstanding ideas and suggestions from people who have been practicing WIITWD for much longer. I would suggest being more open to these people and their offers of help with what appears to be a rather serious problem you are having. Understand that everyone...Dom/me,sub/slave and everything in between....can be a teacher of sorts.  Disrespecting those that offer help just makes you come off as childish and looking like a player.

Oh, and as StormsSlave said....."Oh, and yea, stop calling her a sissy, even behind her back.  It just makes you look like a big prick, and kinda pisses me off."  Name-calling falls under the "childish" list.

I love the way she rants! It doesn't come off as a rant but as a spanking for the unworthy. She rocks.

T1981 -> RE: How to make a Wimpy girl more open to pain? (1/28/2009 5:04:12 PM)

lol - thanks guys! The truth of the matter is that I've probably spent too much time listening to various tracks from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Musical today on youtube and I need to find an appropriete outlet for the annoyance....(one, preferably, that would go in sync with the beat of "Where Do We Go From Here?")

Because in the end, that's all this really is. An annoyance. So one guy doesn't "get it"? So what? It's happened thousands of times before and will again.

All is well....as soon as I can remind myself of that, at least! [:D]
