My homemade burgers on the grill, are, of course, the best. However, I do enjoy a bison burger at Ted's Montana Grill every now and then. The bison, being so lean, can become dry when cooked. However, at Ted's they remedy this by lightly dipping the toasted buns (the cut, inside part ) in butter. The result is every bite is juicy and you don't get that full "belly bomb" feeling after. Delicioso ! And, Potty, veggie burgers are a total perversion... no wonder you like them!
