Nah, the Family Guy is way more conservative than Parky. See? There's tons of hilarious stuff out there perfectly calibrated to cater for your taste.

Back when Greg Kinnear did the show it wasn’t partisan at all and was still very funny.

Greg Kinnear hosted Talk Soup, not The Daily Show.  Try again.

a bad joke or bad production is found on both the left and the right.
One of the all time classic funny conservative bits was in the very beginning of the first naked gun movie.  That bit in the movie had Leslie Nelson attacking a group of middle eastern terrorists being led by the soviet leader.

Leno is a liberal but tries to be down the middle...letterman is to the left and attacks conservatives.

Just pointing out how in the media things are biased towards the left.
Because where is the Comedy showing peoples POV that isnt liberal???
Usually there are the constant claims by liberals that there is no bias ;)

I remember watching a trailer for a comedy movie slanted towards poking fun at the left, and it just wasn't even the slightest bit funny.

I'm not saying right wing comedy can't be funny.  But then again, maybe there IS a good reason why we don't see much of it.

When did Comedy Central become a political party?  What issue are they disagreeing on, not based whether it's a good or bad idea but rivalry with other political parties?

south park is more of a libertarian show but yes you are correct. That is the most conservative show on TV.  But usually its a year later before they can make a response about an issue.

You could not be more wrong.  Their turnaround time is legendary.  In fact their episode about the Elian Gonzales incident aired less than a week afterwards.

you cant and thats my point

It doesn`t matter who`s who or what their positions are.In the war of words, the argument is what stands or falls.Creamer is the liberal(self admitted)anyway,so Stewart bringing him to task only shows honesty and integrity..

Cramer is so completely owned by Stewart,it`s obvious who stood and who fell.

Instead of reading silly op-eds,watch it yourself and make your own opinions.

One question, what is so fucked up in this country that it requires a comedian to tell us the truth?

I have a few answers as to why.

Jon himself has commented that "fake news"(referring to his own show)does a better job at informing folks than the real news, and how fucked up that is.

Thank you, Jon Stewart.

Fuck off mainstream media(witch includes Fox).

Chill out.

Nah. They said it takes aprox 4 days to make a South Park episode... They just get away with more because it takes a special person to get angry at a cartoon.

It was never advertised properly to get initial ratings.  Even simple things like my direct tv would be listing another show airing when that show was on.

Geez, what a short memory conservatives have.  FoxNews tried their own right-wing "comedy news" show, The Half-Hour News Hour.

It was a dismal failure.  Apparently conservatives don't know how to do funny.  Tanked in the ratings, mercifully canceled.

Yeah yeah... South Park's not conservative in the least. It's subversive though: what I want to know is why the fuck are the expletives beeped from it. It's fucking pathetic that an adult can't hear the word 'fuck' on television after 9pm: I thought freedom of speech fucking ruled? Fuck's sake.

If they are airing a season with non connected episodes.  Then they can make a halt planned production and air a non connected epsiode.  However if they have a story arc going on like imagination land you have to wait a month or at the end of a season you have to wait till next year.

Nice backpedaling.

As for "non-connected" episodes...most of the SP eps are.  Nice try though.

‘South Park’ angers Bosnian Muslim leaders
WWW.ZHONGMAN.COM 2006-8-1 11:58:37 AFP
Sarajevo • Bosnian Islamic leaders voiced anger yesterday after a local television station aired an episode of the popular US cartoon South Park depicting Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him). “The broadcast (of the cartoon) is unacceptable and we condemn it and consider it to be a kind of provocation,” Enes Ljevakovic, head of a Bosnian Islamic council, said. “According to Islamic tradition, the presentation of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) or any other prophet is unacceptable ... even if their presentation is not sarcastic but in positive light,” Ljevakovic said. “The cartoon was even censored in the United States ... and that is what the local Bosnian television station should have done as well,” he added. OBN defended its decision to air the show, saying the cartoon presented prophets in a positive light that could be considered as a lesson in morality. Some 40 percent of Bosnia’s 3.8 million inhabitants are Muslims. Orthodox Christian Serbs represent about 31 percent, while Roman Catholic Croats account for around 10 per cent.

What is wrong with you?  You throw out posts without regards to their content.  Talking about Kinnear and Stewart.  Do you think before you post?  Or are you in such a haste to point out your grievances that the  truth always takes a backseat?  There seems to be a pattern developing.

But I do remeber that you get a lot of mail from "secret" admirers who enjoy your posts.  Obviously these must be the same types that place no value on accuracy or truth either.

Look, Cramer airs an investment show.  If you are going to combat Stewart or take your show to a point where it becomes political you might be forced to defend your position.

Stewart is 100% aware of where he stands, makes no bones about it.  It isn't hidden or wrapped in some sort of bullshit about being "fair and balanced."  Plus... please remember it is, first and foremost,a comedy show.

You go onto Stewart you should have an idea of what to expect.

Get over yourself. Go whine elsewhere.
