I don't know about dancing but you can find instructional videos on how to play a guitar online for free , and if you really wanted to  dance and practice a lot, search for dance instructions online and stuff. There's bound to be free results.

I can't afford 8 hours a day dancing practice like they do on Dancing with the Stars. It just isn't feasible..

I didn't read through all the posts, but Walk Away the Pounds videos (Leslie Sansone) are great.  A few health issues caused me to pick up weight and some of the workout videos were wayyyy beyond my ability (even some of those the erotic chair dances).

However, I started collecting the Walk Away the Pound Videos as they have a great variety.  They can definitely get you fit enough for erotic dancing.  Those videos, along with Weight Watchers helped me lose approximately 45 pounds within 6 months.  I'm still using those videos as well as other weight toning exercises to get back to my pre-illness weight.

You seem to be really inspired to be healthy, which is great and also a great source of encouragement for me as well.  Best of luck!! [:D]

Took the doggie for two walks today! One up and down half the street real quick, to take her excitable edge off before going to the park and one walk all over the park!
