I am kind of new to being dominant but not new to the lifestyle. I was sub from age 14 to just recently.

I just want to know how my profile looks from a female subs perspective.

There are typos which will put the more shallow person off.  So that is no biggy.
Personally it comes across as someone whom I could go to a bar with and probably have a good laugh with, but not someone I would envision handing authority over to.

I agree with .thedark. I don't enjoy typos at all and generally tend to write that person off -- sorry, I guess I'm shallow :p Unless you cannot have a photo up for other reasons, I generally appreciate a photo.

In addition, are you looking for long-term, short-term, live-in, etc etc? You already have your preferences in the box on the left regarding what gets you going... Perhaps you could fill in more about yourself? Do you work, go to school, have kids...? Just my two cents. You don't want to give out everything right away, but just because I'm sexually compatible with someone doesn't mean I want to be in a D/s situation with them.. Ya dig?

then i embrace you as my deslexic brother!

i have deslexia and often put spelling mistakes in my profile. i had "cant get along with almost everyone" for awhile i try to catch mistakes but i dont search and make sure, mistakes are ok but if spelling is terribly bad someone might not be able read what you are talking about, shallow people will just find something else if you spell great, im shallow as hell and i generally ignore spelling.

Since you want her to be a one man woman and you are a one woman man, I would list Poly as a hard limit.

I think you are pretty clear about what you are looking for.

My photo is waiting on approval. I will add more info and take a look at the typos tonight.
Thank you all for the input

done. I am not familiar with all the terminology for lifestyles as I have buried my bdsm desires from age 14 until just recently so I did not know what poly was.

Hi so-called KingSturm... I have read every word that you wrote. Any sub actually getting as far as reading your profile will do the same and realize that here is a man who is desiring to please. Through-out you are presenting a list of fantasy desires as if seeking some sort of approval. You say that you have been a sub since the age of 14, well guy, you still are one. But that is ok, be who and what you are. Be the best of that and dont make lame attempts to be something you are not. It is obvious from a subs point of view, and certainly in front of a Master who knows about such things. Subs, men or women, like things that are, not that which seems to be or wants to be... IF, in fact, you actually qualified to be called any sort of Master or Dominant, the first requirement is to actually BE that which you claim to be. To have it self-evident in every word you say or dont say. Every act. The elect will be whosoever will, and the non-elect whosoever will not. Soooo... just relax, be yourself, you will only frustrate yourself, and waste the time of everybody concerned, if you try and present yourself as other than that which you really ARE. Subs, inherently know that, because of their own sensitivity, intuition, and if they have been around long enough - their experience. In the meantime, all of the best of life, love and laughter is wished for you, whatever you decide to be or not to be. Michael

Uh, Michael/MrBrittingham, I'm not sure which planet you are living on, but on my version of Earth, subs choose doms with extreme cluelessness on a regular basis.  Not a lotta "inherent" subbly intuition and sensitivity going on.

Your post sounds CastleRealmy to me, and I don't think it was reality-based advice for the OP.

Your profile is fine and not overblown like some windbags on here. You sound like a gentlemen who would care about his lady and her safety/needs/wants/desires as well as your own. Good relationships are a blending of two (or more) people, not one person's single lane highway.

You should do fine.

Good luck,
~Lashra

It is a good starting profile but needs some grammar and spelling fixes.

I almost never post to these boards, but your profile looks fine. But others are right, you must check for spelling and grammar. You sound like a really decent person. Good luck in your search.

(JFYI).... I am the female half of the couple, so that would make me your dyslexic sistah! (Is there some code, secret handshake or blood letting to be done?)

What some people tend to not understand is that when they 'helpfully' suggest to a dyslexic that they should use word or a spell checker.  It usually just confirms to me that they have no idea how dyslexia works for some people.

Well, for me your profile is fine, but as others mentioned already, a picture does help (but as you state, it is already sent off and just waiting for approval)

...and though I don't know if all subs don't like metal music, as Vanityfull states, but I agree, I certainly dislike that music, too *lol*

Walks in confidently to assure a certain little redmagic that he is indeed real and living in the real world quite comfortably. And while yes, in fact some do live in castles, I can also assure you that neither they, nor I, are castlerealmy. RE. My advice to the ops question was sincere, not meant to offend, but rather to help, and I dont get drawn into silly little attempts at a name-calling, ridiculing back and forth with lightweights so, all of the best to you, nice try, but no cigar. Using such terms does indeed show the level of confidence you possess.
