Status: offline 		Yes, "aegrotat" is great.  It means literally "He is ill."  (Edited to add: or "She is ill," of course.)

No idea what "aecium" is.  It sounds like something scientific.  Maybe it's a technical term for smegma?

It's possible to relate the two, but it's a stretch. Think Mycology.

It's actually a 'cluster' on a stem, can refer to flowers, or fruit
