You can critisize Rush until you're blue in the face, but he has advertisers that pay for his show. Unlike the very liberal PBS that is on the air supported with millions of tax payer dollars year after year. Lets let PBS stand on their own or off the air they go..

I noticed it before, I just didn't say anything. It just struck me as odd. Usually when people have a figure like yours they stay away from the "fat" jokes.

Yea and I think that is a big part of the reason that a lot of people hate him. Not only is he saying things they disagree with, but he's getting paid a hell of a lot of money for doing so.

The only people I know who watch Dancing with the Stars are liberals. Maybe I should tell them they are not supposed to like that show.

Maersk Alabama Crew Member Blasts Rush Limbaugh's Hate Speech

The second in command of the Maersk Alabama, Shane Murphy blasted Rush Limbaugh when he came back to the US. Murphy called Limbaugh’s defense of the Somali pirates on his radio show, “hate speech,” and said he won’t tolerate it.

They were teenagers. Now, just imagine the hue and cry had a Republican president ordered the shooting of black teenagers on the high seas.”

Murphy replied to Limbaugh’s comments yesterday, “It feels great to be home. With the exception of Rush Limbaugh who is trying to make this into a race issue. It's disgusting. The president did the right thing. It's a war. It's about good versus evil. And what you (Limbaugh) said is evil, that is hate speech. I won't tolerate it."

Limbaugh wasn't off the mark there. Al Sharpton claimed that those poor disadvantaged youths were volunteer Somali coast guard members, and others claim that they're just misunderstood ecowarriors on a mission of good:
