Pretty much like what Cat said......I put one finger at the outer corner of the eye and stretch it slightly taut, and apply the liner from the outside in, that's the key. I like Cover Girl eye pencils the best, except when they get left in a hot car, then you get a kind of Alice Cooper thing goin' on........[8|]
