Is it possible that some of the burning during urination might be vaginal? I once went to my family doctor with horrible urinary pain convinced that I had a UTI, only to find out that I had a nasty yeast infection and vaginal contact dermatitis (allergy to new lubricant). The ammonia in the urine, when coming into contact with inflamed vaginal tissue on exit was causing the burning. I've had numerous UTI's and even I confused the symptoms. Also, since you mentioned that you use lubricant, is it possible that the bottle could have become contaminated with bacteria? If you're not careful about avoiding touching the applicator itself, then any bacteria on your hands (or whatever other parts) can go right back into the bottle and sit there waiting to re-infect you the next time you use the lube. Is there any chance you could have a sensitivity to the lube itself? I personally cannot use any lubricants because even the water-based ones contain preservatives that irritate my skin. All the other advice you've gotten is good. Water, cranberry juice (100% juice, not cocktail, I like Northland brand), pee before and after etc. Another thing you might want to do is cut back on sugar. If you eat a lot of sugary foods, or drink a lot of alcohol and/or soda, you're pumping a lot more sugar into your system than you need, and excess sugar can feed infection.
