First, HPH, we need a CA.

Now a CB...

HPH, I'm just still embarrassed that back on BW neither of us thought of---Bruce Wayne! Oh, the irony!

OK, we have a CC, so for CD, one of my all time favorite characters:

C. Auguste Dupin, a fictional detective created by Edgar Allan Poe. Dupin made his first appearance in Poe's "The Murders in the Rue Morgue" (1841), widely considered the first detective fiction story. He reappears in "The Mystery of Marie RogĂȘt" (1842) and "The Purloined Letter" (1844).

Clive Reston, Enemy of Fu Manchu

It has been implied, though never stated directly, that Clive Reston is a descendant of both James Bond and Sherlock Holmes. He is a spy who worked for MI-6 and Freelance Restorations. He now leads MI-6 with his good friend Black-Jack Tarr.
