They're both snoozing, now that todays thunderstorm has passed.

Bibby wants to move in, I think. I have some research to do re: low cost spay neuter (I can't find the post with the links in it, dammit!)/ shots etc.

Angie is curled up on the living room sofa, keeping a close eye on Goliath as he gets some sunshine and does some exploring.

Spicy still missing but the search leaflets for him will get delivered next week and who knows...maybe I will even bump into him when I go through the streets where I expect him to be

Curry and Pepper are pissed off as they were inside all day (as I am currently working from 10am to 9pm....)

Tomorrow they will be out all the time which will give them another reason to be pissed

My birmans remain in my flat cause otherwise I will break hell loose if I let them out...cause after about 2 hours they scream with no end until being left inside....and thats just not a good thing when I wont be back for another 10 hours by then

Now that Goliath is back in the aquarium, Angie is sniffing around where he had been lying and slithering around.

Unca Morphy is asleep ontop of the Cat Tree in the hall, Turi is alternating zooming round the house and popping outside to see if the wet is stall falling from above, coming back in to dry off on the humans and repeating. His sister is watching the rain fall from her rug on the window still and sulking like a school kid on a rainy holiday.

4th straight day of rain and the young ones are going a little stir crazy.

They enjoyed a few tidbits from the left-over chicken breasts I had for lunch and have now headed off to the bedroom for a nap.

I ordered a special inclining foot pillow, used it a couple of times, and didn't like it. That is just fine with Angel, as she has adopted it as her new bed.

Mine was sleeping upside down upstairs.  I carried him down stairs past the parrot.  He is scared of the parrot- even tho I found a dead bird in the yard. lol.

I love my kitty cat!!

Mine rips my fucking left hand to shreds every night!

I have scabs and scars on my left hand like a motherfucking war veteran....I wake up easily 9 times a night with my cat HOOKED with all sharp objects in her power onto my left hand.

I was picking a scab at a bar (nonchalantly) having a beer....suddenly I'm fucking pouring blood over the gawddamn bar.

Fucking cat.

Angel got into the hall closet again, pulled my sweater coat off the hanger, and is happily napping upon it. Misty is at loose ends and looks like she wants to get into some mischief. Since Angel is asleep, she's safe from being stalked and pounced at for a while.

Our elder statesman Morphy has gone AWOL. 2 days and he hasnt shown for food. This is highly worrying. He loves his food. The weather has broken at last here so maybe's he's just out enjoying it. But he's only pulled that trick twice or so in 10 years.

My Wench is beside herself and I must admit I'm worried. I've checked the local roads ...but we're very low traffic here and he had developed a decent road sense. I'm more worried about someone with a gun mistaking him for a fox or something (as a Somali he has a big bushy tail, even if he's grey).

I'll mount another search of local sheds and out buildings tonight.

a worried

Ruby has a thing for Odeen's pants. Jeans, cargo, unnerpance, it doesn't matter. If they are his, she loves them.

Many jokes about the women in his life trying to get into his pants ensues.

He's back.

I was late going in today and so hanging round the kitchen drinking my morning caffinated beverage when there was an almighty banging on the cat flap, a little later who should stroll in but himself? Gave me a brief nod and then went off to sleep on the sofa without even glancing at his food bowl. Suspecting what was up I checked outside and indeed a half devoured pheasant was on the back porch, he having hauled it from god's know where. So I guess he's been slowly eating it and dragging it home.......

He's asleep on the sofa still although he did wake up enough to drool on the Wench's laptop earlier......

Someone called the pet register over here as she believes she might have seen Spicy.

I will check it up of course but doubt that it is him...as it is 50km far away and she thinks he is a rather small cat (which my gentle giant certainly is not!) anyhow...independent of it if it is him or not, it is nice that she made a call...and of course I will look it up in person.

I am currently finishing off his search papers so that people can also tear off on the bottom the number from the Register as well as his name and registration number...cause as great as the search paper is which I got supplied from that agency...I just think it is easier when people can tear of the contact details instead of having to write them down first...will also write that suggestion to that agency...maybe they will get the point I am doing and change its search form....(don't have to, of course, after all its a voluntary agency, but I do know that they lubs suggestions).
