They're snoozing about six inches apart on the bed...the closest I've ever seen them sleep together. Next thing you know, they'll be cuddled up (not holding my breath on that one, LOL). Angel is being amazingly tolerant, or else she's not aware of how close Misty is because she's snoozing. Some days she won't even allow Misty on the bed.

The high temps will only be in the high 80's today vs. the 100+ we've had recently, so Angel is out enjoying the cooler weather.

Bibby is seriously wanting inside. She was the lovebug SUPREME this morning!! Purrrs and droools and leg wraps. I wish I could bring her in right now, but not until she has a bill of health from the vet. This is killin me, yanno???

I know exactly what you mean, Greedy. When Angel showed up on my door step, she was just the most affectionate thing. I wanted to bring her in right away, but held off until she got a clean bill of health from the vet for the sake of the other cats.

Fuzzy either ran away or someone adopted him, so my SIL got a new cat with a better temper. They named it Casey and he/she is so cute! I haven't checked the gender yet.

Pepper finally figured out how to eat the giant shrimps which I bought them today....she managed almost one complete one of them (peeled!!!) Spicy remains missing but I do hope to hear from the registration office soon...three people took off the contact details about him in the store (saturday it were still be two) where I placed one of his search papers so I just hope that they not only tear it off but also do that important call [&o] My others are just lying around....lazy bunches [:o]

Darn Angel. Normally, when she kills geckos, she leaves them on the outer edge of the porch. Today she left a dead gecko on the doormat. Then, when I called her to come in, she wouldn't come, so I stepped out on the doormat in my bare feet to go look for her. Of course, I stepped directly on the dead gecko. All I can say is EWWWWWW.

I still don't have a cat. However, earlier in the week, whilst walking in the woods, we were suprised to notice two Stealth-Kittens quite high in a tree. No MotherCat in sight. Why "Stealth-Kittens"? Well, below them on a path beneath the tree was a small pile of seed. Bird-seed! One SK was positioned to drop directly on said pile, and any hoodwinked avian. The other perhaps as a lookout or early warning - perhaps positioned to one side to fall upon an escapee. I want the cats. DrG

So Petco had an online coupon for 50% off. Anything. SCORE! So, we bought 636 cans of Fancy feast elegants and 160lbs of kitty litter. Ruby was appropriately shocked when she went into the spare room.

Summer woke me up at 3am [>:] Cause she was asleep on top of one of my wardrobes and then woke up and decided to keep dancing salsa.....it seemed to me that I dared to be in her way....cause when I moved on the very side of my bed she finally jump down onto it.... now...ok...I won't complain....wouldn't have been too happy if she would have jumped on top of me whilst I was asleep [&:]

Well my old Lady Angel is headbutting the catnip jar. For a 16yr old cat she gets around really well. She'll do anything for catnip. My Pandora kitty is being a lap blanket. Pandora - Mommy's Little Box of Evil....

Try as I might, I still have no cat. However: Just walking to the postbox it's dark and chilly, (It's 22:00 here, I live in an urban, densly populated area, not very savoury) I saw my aging Indian neighbour (female) outside, 'walking her cats'. Poppy & Billy. They are the reason that she is able to walk at the moment, as she has been very ill, also had a knee replacement, for which she has not been able to excercise due to previous illness. They wait at the door at nine pm for the Lady to 'take them out' Then I bumped into the hisband rounding the corner... he was looking for his wife whom had roamed too far. I found this rather nice - quite a thing for a heartless dead-soul like myself. As you were DrG
