The discovery channel program may be an accurate representation of the contents of the paper-I don't know because I haven't seen the program or read the paper, so I can't compare the two. But saying 'it's true because it was on the discovery channel and if you don't believe me see the discovery channel!' is both insufficient and funny. What I have a problem with is using info without backing it up. You did eventually back it up with evidence, but your initial reaction was what made me laugh.
