ORIGINAL: SorceressJ I admit that I am totally going to take Red's advice about taking control of your sleep patterns. I admit that I was just reading elsewhere about how getting enough rest was one of the best ways to combat, well, ANY illness really, but also the chronic seasonal bronchitis that I am wrestling with. Thank you, Red! XOXO *hugs my Scarlet sista* I admit that I hope it will work well for you, SJ. It really did the trick for me. I admit that I have noticed that some (not all) of the posters who discuss their sleeping problems are people who talk about napping at odd times during the day or evening, or who spend a considerable amount of time on the computer or say they are watching tv or movies often. I admit that the doctor told me that these things disrupt the sleep cycle and throw off the normal patterns of wakefulness and sleepy time because the brain can't settle down or because it's slept in several small increments, and can't rest in the larger block as it should. I admit that I am yawning and I'm going to wander down the hall to my room soon. *giggles at Lance and his gentle prodding of me to sleep last night that I didn't see till this afternoon* ps: I admit that I can totally understand taking sleep when you can get it, Hibbie, there are times when I would just love to put my head down and get a little "zzzz" just to recharge my body and mind. *nods* (I don't think the big boss would approve)
