Sweet Jesus. I don't check here for a couple of days, and ten new pages crop up. I'll never keep up like this.

I admit I'm doing much better then I was the last time I posted. I seem to have figured out my mood shifts.

I admit, I'm looking at getting a gym membership again, so I can kick my ass back into shape.

I'll admit that my life has needed some serious changes, and I finally feel like I'm on the path towards making it work for me.

I'll also admit that I'm in the process of giving up two of my serious vices: smoking and nicotine. Wish me luck. And no cracks from you, RF. I'm not quitting. I'm stopping.

I admit it was simply beyond compare - there's a company in the UK that does superb, old style, properly aged meat, organic, non drained*, by next day delivery. So my mates ordered a huge joint of it in ...

Cleverly, the company de-bone it for you, then re-tie & bind the bone back on with ovenproof string and binding "tape", so you can roast it on the bone, then simply snip the bindings and remove the bone for stock (or in my case to add flavour to a pressure cooked beef stew) and hey presto! Easy-to-carve! Genius :) Ok, so it's about £50 a joint, but that'll easily feed 10-12 people, and leave some for sarnies the next day too.

A rare roast beef-on-the bone sandwich, with a little creamed horseradish, is the food of kings (and queens!) :)

That's it! I'm too hungry now! It's going to have to be my fave Ocakbasi restaurant in a minute for a take-away kebab ... proper kebabs, done the old-style way, with slices of gorgeous, marinated lamb slowly spit-roasted ... served in handmade flat breads that have been toasted over a proper charcoal pit ... oooh nom nom nom :)

*all supermarket meat nowadays has been processed to remove much of the juices, for use in various food industry products - it's why roast beef joints don't give proper dripping (the intensely beefy brown reduction of juices, not just fat) anymore** ... or taste as good as once they did either :(
**I used to love me a bit of beef dripping on toast, for Sunday tea-time, in the evening after a lunchtime full roast dinner :)

I admit I just found out that portable massage tables are great for bondage play.

I admit that I did not know you can but them on amazon for as little as $100.00

I admit I love the idea of portable play table that is easy to transport!

I admit it a friend's yahoo got attacked & that's probably the origin of my computer problems, even though there was no link in the message "she" sent nor would I have clicked on one had it been there.

I admit it I am very cautious about that sort of thing.

I admit it all seems to be ok for now, but those on my Yahoo list are also going to be compromised now. *GAH!!!* Sorry!!!

I admit it these could be two unrelated incidents, but I have a hard time believing in coincidence.

I admit it I have spent the entire morning cleaning up my computer & getting it functional again, so I'm taking no chances. It's little enough to do to change my Yahoo password & for others on my list to change theirs.

I admit it all my scans tell me that my computer is fine. Perhaps I dreamed this little episode this am???

It could be a number of things, but unless a virus checker picked something up (which you say it hasn't), and it's working fine now (which you say it is) the chances of it being anything virus/sinister related are pretty slim.

BTW have you made sure you've run windows update as well, just to make sure there are no currently available fixes outstanding? I'd also pop Spybot S&D on there too, just to see what it makes of it.

I don't know about any running, though visiting you and the beach does sound like a lot of fun.

I admit to hurting like hell after making my front yard actually look like people lived here, instead of looking like it was overrun with wildlife.

I also admit to being slightly nervous about taking my mother out to her first chemotherapy session in over three months. I really hope the drugs don't mess her up that badly.
