Actually, only about 4 or 5, in a department of about 30, that during my shift, will take about 6 people to run efficiently, if that.

As for the job itself, I work in a grocery store, and its supposed to be a union job (United Food and Commercial Workers), but the union doesnt do jack shit for us anymore. I would like to find a new job, but the truth is, its really, really BAD here job wise. We have an unemployment rate of about 12%, about 3% higher than the national average. As it stands right now, its either this, or go back to telemarketing, wich I really never want to do again. You are correct, however, when you say that most corperations do not give a fuck about their workers

I won't get to see the half time show, coz the BBC don't carry it in their coverage, and the web portal I normally use to watch NFL games on has been closed down by the Office Of Homeland Security. Presumably they're concerned about terrorists getting their dose of NFL goodness?

A very kind person has offered me an alternative site to try though, so I may be lucky ... we shall see!

I hate the Packers almost as much as I hate those goddamned arrogant bullying asshole Jets. The entire State of Maine is in a frenzy today wanting to see  the Steelers take the title because they beat the Jets who of course kept the beloved Patriots out of the Superbowl. We love anyone that beats the Jets or the Yankees. .

I admit I am kinda late for work, but since the the guy that does the overnight was an hour late last night, I dont mind being an hour late myself.

I admit I think my cold is morphing into something worse.. I feel like crap, my eyes and throat feel like they are on fire, my tummy isnt feeling too wonderful at the moment, and I feel bone deep achy.
I admit that night guy at work says his schdeule  this next week wont have time for me to take a day off.

I admit that when we hire a parttimer, fuck if I am going to let us hire a student...

Status: offline 		I admit....I gonna miss my old halftime ritual.   My ex-wife/ex-Domme used to dislike football--no interest whatsoever, and didn't like the fact that it absorbed several hours of my time...errr, HER time...on Sunday afternoons when we should have been spending time together.  Until she learned about halftime. Then she developed an interest in football.

I admit---I used to get a hard, sound, non-stop paddling all through halftime.  After the game, I'd get paddled for the score.  If my team won, I just get paddled the winning points. If we lost, then both score.
