I admit that I am sitting here battling with various service companies (like my auto insurance, cell phone and internet provider).

I got paid today.

I went to deposit my check.

I was informed that their system was down, and apparently was not accepting ANY input.

I was issued a handwritten receipt for my check, but that couldnt tell me when it wuold actually be deposited/available for transactions.

After my night at work (HELL!! PURE HELL!! long story), and facing a long weekend, with at least the three services above expecting payment TODAY (having already been postponed from last week), this DOES NOT MAKE ME HAPPY!!!

I need to sleep. I need to get the call frm my bank telling me my deposit has been duly registered. I need to then make calls to make PAYMENTS.

I need someone to just shoot me *sigh*

I admit (in a reference to the 'long story') that I have a WHOLE NEW VIEW on law enforcement officers (especially when they are off duty and in a herd...)

I admit that after all the time I have been on these forums, I only just noticed that in the intro forum (ok, I never paid attention to it until quite a while after I had already been posting here) that it seems that the majority of 'personal ad' threads seem to come frm male subs (who are generally FAR too porn-influenced).

(yes, I am tired, and being randomly amused..)

I admit I probably shouldn't give My opinion about 90% of the intros here.

I admit I completely understand why the Mods have to tell us to be nice up there, but when people present themselves as morons from minute one, it can be difficult.

I admit that the bank is "pretty sure" that my check has been registered.

I admit I am giving them 15 more minutes (since they had a lobby full of lunchbreak folks when I called, and want them all to have time to GTFO of the bank..)

I admit this means, in theory anyway, that I should have all my bills caught up in the next hour... YAY!

ETA:

I admit I hate touch pads that delete shit without warning..grrr

I admit I haz mega HAPPPPPPPPPPPIEEEEEEZ that the Alaska QUake did not and will not affect LadyP and Clan!!!!

I admit the intro thread can make me ::head desk:: a LOT. Very few people are doing proper intros, it's mostly adverts, they just don't get it.

I admit I'm now short & sweet in there, no matter what. A few golden tickets taught me that rule right quick like.

I admit sometimes I'll go out of my way and give "gentle" suggestions, but most of the time not.

I admit it's hot as bloody hella here today, can't wait for the weather to cool down.

I admit I'm tired, too little sleep and I keep passing out in my chair.

I admit leather chairs are not good in the heat or the cold, but i've had this big easy chair for so long and it's comfy. Most of the time.

I admit I have FINALLY gotten the back bills caught up (unless I have indeed, as I suspect, forgotten one or three).

I admit Greedy have you checked freecycle in your area to see if someone is giving away a mattress set they don't need anymore.

I admit honeypaws have you thought about putting a blanket/sheet or chair cover over tha leather chair so your skin doesn't freeze or stick to said chair.

I admit the husbandly one and I have worked through the issue that has set me back today.

I admit I feel better, but I am still worrying.

I admit I have started the homework and the kitchen table is buried under printouts and what not.

I admit I'm hitting the coffee pretty hard.

I admit I planted 15 more plants on the grave today and I am a fair bit shocked how much space there is still left to cover

I admit I will be off to the store again tomorrow to buy some more...though I am reasonably sure that I can't afford all the remaining ones I need to complete my task, as I need about 40 more....after I planted 29 already...but maybe I will be wrong after my next search for funds at home

I admit I simply hope to get it done before parents come back as I can't rely - right now - on receiving my benefits on time to do so...cause if that comes on wednesday and parents come wednesday, too (they return wednesday or thursday) then its getting tight...so I hope to get it finished off tomorrow...even when it is unlikely.

I admit, though, I am nevertheless proud of the work I have done on it so far

I admit kittehs can be eeeebil critters when they set their minds to it.

I admit they iz also lovable which is why we put up wif their ebilness.

I admit I have my chair covered in pillows and cushions so I don't stick to the leather. A sheet just slips off.

I admit I can't wait to have a bit of extra money and maybe buy a proper slip cover for this damned chair that won't slip & slide all over the place.

I admit I had the most amazing Fish & mac'n'cheese dinner! I rarely eat friedfood, but dang! Good fried food is the shiznit. (Guess where I am typing from? :P)

I admit I am waffling about entering two art shows. One is the xmas thing at Detroit Artsts Market, the other is a decoated Munny show. (Munny = plastic toy of that name, a vaguely primate shaped object). I have thes design forr the dunny sketched. I have the 3.5 magnifiers. Sigh.

I admit that it has been cold and rainy here today and I'm jealous of the people with the hot weather!
