I admit thanks for the hugs Keri. They were just what I needed this morning.

I admit I haven't been awake this early in I don't know how long, and I don't like it.

I admit the sun is coming out, I hope it stays like that, sick and tired of the gloomy weather.

I admit out came the puffer this morning, it's hard to breathe with all this humidity.

i admit, i haven't been here in a while sooo -- hiiii to anyone i don't know yet, and good thoughts and glitter to whoever might need them -- it's free! take as much as you want!

i admit, my pupperton had contracted heartworms. i admit, i was a little nervous when the vet said to put him back on heartgard (i'd slacked off due to colossal brokeness; the one smidge of time when he was unprotected, he got it -- that's how it goes), because years and years ago, i was told that heartgard would kill a heartworm + dog. well, things have changed apparently. i admit, i had planned to go ahead with the expensive (and somewhat dangerous) immiticide treatment because i wanted him to be free of the bugs, but it was very hard to get a hold of the medicine, so we did heartgard for 6 months to kill the microfilariae, make him noncontagious, and help weaken the adults.

well six months later (the other day) i took him in for a follow up chest x-ray, and lo' and behold, his heart is back to normal size, his lungs were wonderfully clear, and the vet said he was actually no longer showing any clinical signs. she wanted to retest him for heartworms because apparently they can actually get rid of them on their own sometimes -- sure enough, my dog had done just that.

i admit, best pet related news in my recent history. ^_^

I admit yay for the pupperton being ok.

I admit being broke is the only reason I don't have me a furball kitten yet.

I admit once I've got the apartment straightened out, I'm going to look into fostering, hope they have such a program here in town.

I admit I really miss having a furbaby around, they really do keep me company and make me giggle and laugh.

I admit I made an interesting discovery

I admit I cannot focus on much of anything without caffeine.

I admit its specifically caffeine in the form of coffee

I admit I was a space case all last week. People's ipod's too loud, tapping of fingers, talking, gum al driving me crazy.

I admit I couldn't study yesterday so I broke down and had a cup of coffee.

I admit my focus immediately came back.

I admit the only sad part about this is that I like my coffee sweet.

I admit it's been a challenge spicing up black coffee so that it fits within the scope of my WW's points.

I admit a tsp of vanilla and some cinnamon seem to kinda sorta be helping.

I admit I still miss the sweetness, but sugar is two pts and so is honey. I also, have a bad reaction to artificial sweeteners.

I admit it, I find Stevia is too much like an artificial sweetner...it has an aftertaste.

I admit it, I am pretty much sugar-free in what I consume....except for chocolate. *grin*

My only problem with "sugar" free is that so many products that claim to be really do add artificial sweetener. I really have a bad reaction to aspartame. Plus, it tastes gross.

I admit my jack/beagle mix might seriously die today. If she howls at the top of her lungs one more time while I am studying... I'm going to strangle her. She's giving me a headache. She's been worse than normal lately and she's a vindictive little shit. She hasn't been getting her normal amount of attention so she's being a snot.

I admit the movie Food Inc has made me rethink a whole lotta things.

I admit I'm pretty close to vegetarian now, but if I can find some organic grass fed chicken around I'm going for that from now on. It's really about the only meat I eat.

i admit. mr. pupperton gives you all a happy high-five for the well wishes. ^_^

i admit, stevia takes a little getting used to. it doesn't taste exactly like sugar, and it can be SO sweet that your brain translates it to bitter. =p there are some kinds that are slightly mixed with real sugar to balance it out a little. i've tried it and liked it, but it's a balancing act figuring out just how much of a packet to add -- i rarely use a whole packet all at once.

i can't touch aspartame with a 10-ft. pole. my stomach stages violent, dramatic revolutions if i do.

I admit that I look for products that say "no artificial sweetners added".

I admit that I avoid most juices because they do use such things.

I admit that, barring freshly squeezed, Tropicana pulp-added orange juice may just be the most perfect oj out there.

I admit I'm looking forward to the new show "Pan Am" as I used to fly on those airlines every summer for years, from Mom to Grandparents and back. As soon as school was out...away we went, my brother and I.

Have you tried Splenda Impish? It's not made with Aspartame, they use Sucralose and I've been able to switch from regular sugar to that. No aftertaste either. You can buy it in packets or in big bags and replace it portion for portion with regular white sugar.

You might also want to try raw sugar, don't know what the count is for WW points. You can usually get that at bulk food stores in packets, sometimes grocery stores have it also.

Yeah, I know the chemistry behind splenda and I'm not at all impressed with it. So, I haven't tried it. As, much as they try to toot it as natural that's really not the case. Even raw natural sugar has points pooh unfortunately. I'm going to give the flavored coffee a go and see how that works for me.

I admit my husband gave me his nasty upper respiratory thing.

I admit it hurts <sad face>

I admit, well, there goes the idea of Splenda. I'd rather the calories in sugar than fake stuff.

I admit it's not like I have all that much actual sugar in my diet, but being diabetic type II makes for interesting lemme tellya!

I admit that I haven't been posting much, although I've been reading some, because I get in a funk where I figure people need a break from me.

I admit that my rotator cuff is screaming at me, and I'm going to just show up at my doc's office in the morning and cry. Last time I had a problem with it and went to the urgent care attached to my doc's office, the urgent care doc said it was my bursitis and gave me a shot. I thought it was a rotator cuff issue. My own doc said I was right and the other guy was an idiot, and don't see him again for this. So it's going to be put up or shut up time.

I admit that I am giddy with NRE with two different people, and I really wish I could combine them into one. Sigh. Doesn't help that we all live states away from each other, so face-to-face time is not nearly as frequent as I would like.
