And nope, not kidding, that really happened to my dad. He's pulled some doozies in his day, so I sorta kinda maybe know where I get the klutziness gene from.

But I really really only meant it in the most postive of ways.

I forgot to add that I have a dominant in my life now who might just possibly be perfect for me. He's intelligent, he writes books that are actually good, he owns a publishing house, he's an attorney who does pro bono work for folks on Death Row, he's into meditation & yoga, etc etc. All in all a very interesting man who makes me feel all swoony.

I admit that I'm happy for the happy stuff here, including Naysha's mayun.

I admit that I am uber-frustrated at the effing cable box/tv problem that has left the living room tv unwatchable for more than a month. I'm calling the technician tomorrow. I did everything they said and it still won't work, even with a new box. Fuck it.

I admit that I have been on a cleaning spree this afternoon and must continue to do so.

I admit that I am going to talk to my Manny about a deadline for him to have his own place. Thirteen months with my ex-husband living in my home is too damn much. I am not tolerating him well... for various reasons that shall remain silent.

I admit that I am happy for Aynne's business boost! YAY!!!

I admit that I am grateful that the Things and the Manny are gone for a few hours because I never get a break to be by myself in my place ever. (Dad is here, but he's staying to himself today, watching football.)

See, this is the stuff they never tell you about before you get pregnant: for the first 5-6 years, you won't even be allowed to go to the toilet by yourself. And for the next 15 or so, you will never have your place all to yourself. I think if we were told about that reality, the species would die out. That's why it's kept a secret. *nods*

i admit it's been a fml kind of year.

I admit to having some serious issues in the month of october for the last 22 years since surviving a house fire.

i admit it's a good thing i have a therapist appointment tomorrow.

i admit i have to take my damn car in to the dealership, again, and i'd better get a damn rental car big enough for all five of us. i hate the stupid little micro cars, lol. a focus just isn't gonna cut it with three boys pushing 6 ft and another who had mobility issues.
