I admit I will do MANY MANY THINGS after tax season is over.

First I will SLEEP on Saturdays, possibly the entire day.

I will go to PARTIES!

I will go visit friends like our FORNICA, and be drooled on by large dogs!

It will be a festival of activity!

I admit I am going to view a flat this sunday and next week monday...cause I contacted 42 flats yesterday, in my flat search frenzy *lol*

I admit I lubs lubs lubs the flat on monday, but have to go for the flat on sunday if I get it....cause that flat is just 400 bucks cheaper than the other (270 bucks cheaper in rent, ok its only half the other size or even less, and only half the distance to the new job, so lots cheaper too regarding petrol...)

I admit, though, I dont mind the flat on sunday either and am actually surprised that this landlady called me, as I was so sure she wont call me when I have seen that lovely bath....its with a bath tub which is diagonal in a corner....and really lovely made with smaragd green and light green tiles...on top of it not at all being a big place....so 5 cats sounds quite a lot in there (though curry and spicy are a lot of outside boys....)

I admit further, I guess I would have to store the one or other furniture in my cellar department there when it is as small as it looks like as it doesnt look as big as my current flat despite that it says so....but well....I will see...

I admit, despite all the not so great stuff about that one, I do appreciate that she called me to view that flat as financially it is cheap with 410 euro rent per month (inclusive water and heating) and it has a balcony, which means if I would move in there I would replace one of their windows as I would buy a smaller window to then be able to build in a cat flap there....that my fur balls would quite frankly have to go to the balcony to their litter box ;o)

I admit whilst this flat isnt big...it says I can see their popular Schliersee from the balcony (though not that sure about that one as I didnt find it on google earth...might need a telescope for that one) and I DO know (from last flat I viewed) that the alps are there :o)

I admit further that she was also much more welcoming when we talked about my cats then the one where I can view the flat on monday....so I hope that this will work out....even when sadly....it will be again a loft flat....but this time at least one with a balcony...and again one where I am sure I could start my bee hive next year...

I admit I forgot to set my alarm this morning and was rung up at 7:25am. Threw on my clothes, had a shake for breakfast and got to work, in the end, 1 hr 5 minutes late. OOPS!

I admit I was an extra for some bizarre reason, so was in charge but still really busy. I'm as tired as I would've been if I had a patient load!

I admit it is 90 days till I go back to the US.

I admit I am telling my parents... on Tuesday!

I admit we've got a date and I've found 'the dress'.

I admit I have never been this excited about anything in my life. I am so happy. I love my Sir so much

I admit indeed...a balcony is really necessary this time as I have no intention to move again this year neither next year...

i admit that flat appears to be that small that I'll be unable to swing my cats around (a saying a uk friend uses to say about her place...)

I admit, though, I'm willing for such a compromise if all cats are with me and it has at least a balcony, too...

I admit this place would also enable me to finally save up for my own place, cause once I cleared my debts from car and last move (approx end of this year) I'll have €1250 left for myself per month (after paying rent) and thats a good amount to finally walk on the path towards my mortgage and to help with parents debts to secure grannies house for me, too So it would be worth it

I admit, though, I wouldnt mind either, if fhis place is bigger than it looks like

I admit I've been quite bored this afternoon so am rearranging the furniture and cleaning the carpets at the same time...

I admit I'm off to a fetclub tomorrow night, this evening will be spent carefully polishing latex

I admit good luck to Phoenix too, though sounds like plans are well in order :)

Thank you...wishing you an awesome time at the fetclub...

I admit my new employer almost gave me a heart attack today...

I admit when I checked my mail I found a hufe envelope, common to use for applications...

I admit I felt that there is not a thicker part in the middle on the side so thought that this envelope doesnt mean they changed their mind about hiring me...

I admit...though...when I opened it, a map in the same colour as some of my application files was inside and I wondered why the heck they post me now back my application

I admit...phew...then I realised it wasn't my file (as I remember now I applied online anyway *doh*) it was just the same colour as some if mine have and contained my contract

I admit that would have been awful if it would have been a letter a la they changed their mind...cause I resigned my flat contract here and resigned my last job, which means I would be barred of receiving benefits for 3 months due to my own resignation...jeeesh don't give me such a daymare

I admit I'm glad, that all remains on the good path for now

I admit....raymond I'm in the same boat. Due to all the foreclosures around me, houses are going for almost 150% less than what I paid. My mortgage is crazy huge, my APR is enormous....and I can't get it lowered because I apparently have some type of mortgage that is no longer offered. I've tried three times to refinance without success....and I think about walking away but I just can't do it.

I admit... I hope to tough it out another year and try to sell in the Spring. (there's always a short sale)

yeah. it sucks. but things could be a lot worse. it's a roof over my head.

I admit that 2012 is the LAST year for the Mortgage Forgiveness act where the forgiven debt will not be taxable. Don't wait, if you are thinking about it. Short sales are not fast---aand who wants to pay tax on a forgiven mortgage?

Thanks. I just can't do it. I put so much time, money, sweat and love into my house. I just can't walk away. I'm hoping I can break even when I put it on the market next year.

I admit....
money just doesn't get me down anymore. this year really gave me some perspective on what's truly important.

I admit dear friends invited me for an Easter Eve dinner tonight.

I admit I was in a pokey, mopey mood and didn't feel like going.

I admit I went anyway because backing out at the last minute would have been hurtful.

I admit there was another guest, who was nice but dull. She was really into nutrition, so we talked about diets almost the entire evening.

I admit the hostess and the other guest had both had several glasses of wine, so their wits were a bit sluggish.

I admit the food was good, at least.
