I admit that he is cancelling the O2 machine prescription. YEA!!!!! I only have borderline sleep apnea (5 episodes per hour) and he is not worried about it. As long as I get REM sleep, I am fine.

I admit that Lizard is turning into a cheapstake. She was clipping coupons while we were chatting this morning.

I admit that I pigged out on gizzards today. I have been craving them all week long.

I admit that if I find a guy to give myself to, he might not survive the night...LOL!

Status: offline 		I admit that my test results from the swallow test I took a couple of days ago, have come back.
I admit the doc says I have some reflux that is being caused by a hiatal hernia.
I admit it's exactly what I thought all along.
I admit I have to have an endoscopy done though for her to decide what should be done about it.
I admit they moved my endoscopy though from Aug 24 to Sept 22 because of scheduling conflicts. gggrrrr
I admit I hate feeling like this for another month though! It sucks!!!!!

I am taking nexium and an antispasmodic but depending on the severity when they do the endo, I will either be having to get surgery to repair it or stuck on meds and change of diet. I think I'd rather have the surgery. As of right now I'm still have spasms in my throat and stomach and it's extremely annoying. I don't have any pain anymore since I've been on the nexium. It's just really bothersome.

A couple of years ago I had an abdominal hernia that needed repair.
The recovery sucked almost as much as this one does...

BUT it was worth it!
I am of the midnset that if you can get something fixed you should do it. Being sick, or having to control an illness long term is way more of a pain in the ass than just getting it corrected.

I hope you get them to help you in the way you want them to! Feel better LW!

Status: offline 		I admit (for LittleWonder) I once had a Naturopathic Doc tell me a secret about the relationship between acid reflux and chromium picolinate deficiency.
I admit she said to diagnose and heal it in yourself, to first open a capsule of it and pour it under your tongue (has a very tame/neutral taste).
I admit she said to the degree to which one is chromium deficient, the longer it will take for their taste buds to register the flavor of it.
I admit she said the more deficient you are, the longer you'll have to self-administer it to heal the reflux.
I admit I wish LW great luck in finding what will cure hers.

I was a bad parent, walked into "instant family" and the kids heard shit that they probably shouldn't have... shrug, funny thing is of the two, it's the mommy that swears more than her brother... go figure.
