I admit those clowns are freaking awful

I admit, today I am sorting out spicys search papers for the stores to bring them there tomorrow morning...

I admit last night I found an advert where someone was visited by a cat from 12th or 19th July onwards and is wondering to whom it belongs...

I admit it does fit with spicy as he is missing since the 09th of July....but don't expect it to be him....however...needless to say...I wrote her of course...

I admit its 5pm now...time to do my lunch now....or should I say dinner by now

i admit that i am easily tired.

i admit that today i am trying to get up out of the chair every hour to do a small chore.

I admit that i dont want to go to work and be smiling to pissy customers.

I admit i'd want to stay home on the terrasse and read books all day long.

I admit i dont look forward to the get together of some friends this week.

I admit that my friend who just had the bowel tumour removed has been in the hospital for a week with a bowel obstruction. She was sent home after the original surgery in less than a week, without having eaten proper food. Our medical system is a festival of insanity.

i admit that after my colostomy (and previous surgery involving my colon) i was on clear liquids for a few days and pureed food for several days.

In such a case I would recommend not eating for two weeks. The gut requires that time to heal from its wound.

I admit that I had a root canal about nine hours ago. I admit that it did not hurt, being locally anaesthetized, but that I am required to return for further treatment of that molar. I admit that after having slept for a couple of hours, I would like to pull that molar out of my jaw.

She was on liquids, and that's pretty much all she could tolerate at home too. She's somewhat better now, but really, what an utter disaster.

Hibbie - I'm honestly not surprised. I am kind of stunned with how quickly patients in general seem to get discharged from hospital here. Mind you, in my previous socialised healthcare life, in my surgical ward for a bowel resection that was an average 7-14 day hospital stay. The patient would be NBM till bowel sounds, clear fluids till flatus, free fluids till a bowel action and even then they'd usually stay a day or 2 extra. It was certainly not a perfect system.. some people just seem to be more prone to bowel obstructions than others but it did usually give patients an adequate amount of time to recover.

Hope her recovery continues a little better now. It might be worthwhile her sticking to softer foods. A dietician will also be able to recommend foods that a bit more low residue.

Kat, my mom nearly died of a gangrenous bowel so I am so familiar with the whole nasty healing process, I was just ASTOUNDED when she got sent home so quickly. One of my clients had a similar cancer surgery and nearly died! The notion that anything that enters the body cavity is not a big deal is just atrocious. She is on TPN now (after a WEEK, now she's on TPN... my head is fucking exploding here) and I am hoping she gets to stay another week or so. Between the opiods, the CAT scan gunk, and everything else, she is NOT in great shape.

I am so glad that they didn't find some hidden cancer, though, I was fearing the worst all day, waiting for her hub to call me back...

*KitKat... when I worked in the hospital at home... we had total knee replacement patients go home within 2-3 days.... While I was there it went from a non-profit community to a for profit... which decreased the stay. The Total Knee patients under the non-profit stayed 4-5 days.

The get them out as fast as you can thing shouldn't be. Especially if they are a medicare patient... if they're readmitted within 30 days for the same thing.. the hospital gets nothing from the insurance.

From a strictly financial point of view..they should let them stay until they're well because paying for 1 day longer out of the budget is cheaper than paying for an entire stay out of the budget. Just my opinion.*

I admit... My sister is pregnant...again.

I admit... I want very badly to be super happy for her.

I admit... I struggle when either one of my sisters is pregnant.

I admit... I'm not proud of that fact.

I admit... I'm going to go swimming to try and forget about it.

I admit I was just informed that next week friday finally our loudspeaker will get repaired...so my impression was right...that it didnt work...

I admit the neighbour who informed me about it, told me, that it actually never worked here...

I admit that means there is no need anymore for that jehova whitness bitch to enter this premise

I admit I found an adventure bath to go to with my 1:1 boy at work...as they (at least) only charge 12.50 per day and not 24 euro and more for a whole day like others...

I admit as this has only 2 slides less than his favourite one...cause they do have 5 in there...he will survive that disappointment and get his arse out of bed for it

I admit I am glad that this 1:1 work will be over on friday afternoon....as its no fun when I am currently broke (its just easier when you can contribute your own cash more easily where necessary even when - of course - you dont have to) and with tight cash a day from 10am to 9pm can become pretty long....

I admit, though....still better than working with the group here...cause he goes for his action and I have my peace....which isnt a bad day of work really...

I admit the owner of the house is here, with 2 plumbers, and neither one of them has ever ever seen the problem I'm having with the water pressure for the hot water. (almost non-existent).

I admit the other 2 apartments in the house aren't having any problems, but the hot & cold are crossed in the kitchen across the hall from me.

I admit since that apartment is empty, I'm going to ask if I can use that shower until she has a tenant. Can't even get what little water pressure I have up to my shower head.

I admit I've been headdesking over this for well over month & 1/2 now.
