I admit that I use CCleaner, which cleans caches, cookies, temporary files etc. I tweak the options a bit to leave stored passwords, etc.

When I'm watching a lot of video, I have to do this every few days.

I know it's time for cleanup when I thread I've just read displays as bold in the list of threads (which is supposed to indicate that it's not yet read.)

I admit that the answer, from a technical writing and website design perspective, is Yes - all caps, red, and multiple exclamation points are indeed used to express anger. Add in the black background and multiple colors and it does have a kind of Henry Rollins feel. (Just caught him in SOA Season 2 - he was great!)

Of course, they are complete asshats for writing to suggest anger management classes.
