I admit you are mostly right about mincemeat YDD...from Wiki...."Mincemeat is a mixture of chopped dried fruit, distilled spirits and spices, and sometimes beef suet, beef, or venison. Originally, mincemeat always contained meat."

I also admit I never liked it no matter what it did or did not have in it....lol.

I admit I am not ready for for this cold snap after having to fight mosquitoes 2 days ago ....[>:]

I admit I aam tired as hell and need another vacation...no walking this time.
I admit 3 days after getting home all my swelling has finally gone down.
I admit it was a lot of work putting 3 pages of pictures up in my vacation thread and that barely scratches the surface of how many there are LOL
I admit Short Pants nust still think he is on vacation because he is surely slacking at his chores tonight and I'm going to get up and kick his little backside.
I admit...as soon as I find a little energy to get out of my chair that is ;)

i admit that it was 31 degrees F when we went to supper tonight.

i admit that i used to make mincemeat cookies using the boxed, condensed mincemeat (not the mincemeat pie filling in jars). i like them. i haven't tried them on Master yet.

I admit I don't think I've ever had mincemeat pie. If I had, I'd remember it, right?

I admit today ended up being better than I was prepared for. "Sister A" and I worked together to get our grieving sister organized, calling Social Security, Life Insurance, banks, etc....Sister A went to the mortuary to get the death certificates and I picked the boys up from school.

I admit "Sister A" has organizational skills that surpasses mine or our grieving sisters, and she got our sister totally organized (she brought file folders, hanging files, even a file box, labels....everything needed to get her paperwork together). She also cleaned the house from top to bottom.

I admit she was very gentle with our sister and I found myself really glad she was here.

I admit the trunk of my car is filled to the brim with my BIL's clothes, which I'll be donating to a local clothing bank this week.

I admit despite "Sister A" estranging herself from the family for 6 years, the taboo topic of "why" was not brought up - our entire focus was on what our sister needed. I admit I thought that was pretty cool.

I admit "Sister A" is going back home (southern california) early in the morning and I have no idea when I'll see or talk to her again, but I found the gratitude I wasn't able to feel earlier.

I admit, thank you for indulging me in these recent admits. I'm finding it helpful to chat up my thoughts here. :)

I admit Hill got beat by several others trying Tang and vodka mixture,here is the recipe for a "Buzz Aldrin" from the 500 Club in San Francisco.

Ingredients

Tang (for garnish)
1 orange slice
4 ounces vodka
2 tablespoons Tang
Ice

Directions

1.Place Tang on a plate. Run orange slice around the rim of a glass; rotate rim of glass in Tang.
2.In a cocktail shaker, add Tang, vodka, and ice; shake. Strain into glass.

I ADMIT IT! I DID fuck up my Calculus final and I KNOW my GPA is going to drop and I'll lose my chance at the scholarship.

I AD-FUCKING-MIT IT, I'M SO TIRED OF SCHOOL AND WORKING AND CLASS AND EXAMS AND PAPERS I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL I CAN GO HOME.

I admit I decided to color my hair at 3:15 this morning. No idea why, but at least it'd done.

I admit I keep trying go go red, I still haven't found what I want in a color.

I admit I wish I could get it done at the hairdressers but just can't afford it at this time. If ever.

I admit I'm glad Ash is still safe and in one piece. Please take care.

I admit NV, I went through the same thing when my BIL passed. I offered help to my sister in caring for him, but it was turned down.

I admit she & I don't get along, but after losing our mom one year, my favorite uncle the next April and my BIL the following September was NOT my idea of how life works.

I admit I've come to terms with my sister not wanting anything to do with me, I've tried my best over the past 25 yrs + and it's just no use. Even my dad agrees.

I admit enough for one night.

I admit I should have been clearer in that MY mincemeat tarts have no meat in them, as the ingredients I posted were taken straight off the half empty jar in my fridge.

I admit on Monday night the kids and I made 13 1/2 dozen cookies, while hubby ran the oven. Sugar cookies and pinwheels. Yummmmm.

I admit. tuesday night the four of us gathered around the kitchen table and spent the evening icing over 70 sugar cookies

I admit I used to start baking at the end of September and run my oven until the 23rd of December. Until midnight on week nights coz I was working. And each and every weekend from the time I came home from work til midnight or so on Sunday night.

I admit those were my gifts to friends who were/are baking challenged. [;)] They'd have enough to last them throughout the year.

I admit that didn't include making choc chip cookies or my killer brownies throughout the year.

I admit I can't wait for my kitchen to be in order, all my baking stuff found and be able to take it up again. Although the price of ingredients has risen considerably.

i admit we have to time the baking around here. not much point in running the air conditioning if you've got dozens of bikkies to bake.
evening or if we're lucky and it's raining and cool, are the best times

I admit I might make some Christmas cookies this year. Short pants asked me about it the other day.

I admit Mr got a friend request on that other site yesterday from a 19 year old girl and she asked Him to pick her up for thier first meeting.
I admit Mr is going only so He can talk to her about how dangerous it is to get into the car with strange men.
I admit I wish people would raise thier children with a little bit more common sense than a housefly.
I admit, this girl is lucky she is dealing with Mr and not some random guy that might rape and murder her for her stupidity.
I admit I feel like someone should put her over thier knee and beat some sense into her but not in a kinky way.
I admit when I heard about her asking for Mr to pick her up I immediately thought of my own 21 year old daughter in that situation *shudder*


I admit...you know you've been a parent way too long when...
