I admit the old bloodhound is gone.
She declined fast between yesterday and this morning. I helped (carried) her out to do her business this morning. When I got back in, I went to call the vet. She must have heard me because she died while I was on the phone and she never liked going to the vet anyway.
I loaded her into the car to go to the crematorium and figured "Bluesville" on Satellite radio was appropriate for her last ride.
I got back into the car after dropping her off and it started raining and "The sky is crying" played.
I admit even God is sad when a bloodhound dies.

I admit, my sympathies Hilly.

I admit Master is home. Yaayy!

I admit I've missed him.

I admit we went to high tea today which was a lot of fun and we're both going to be cutting coffee out of our lives a little more often. It's just causing us both health issues.

I admit I'm tired now though and I think I'm gonna take a nap before I start more cleaning up which needs to get done.

I admit the Mister and I are talking through options for when he relocates - renting, buying, locations, etc. I admit he's doing a site visit for where he's transferring, on Thursday. I admit I hope it goes well.

I admit I had a really long conversation with my sister yesterday (the one who lost her husband to cancer last year) and the fog she has been walking around in since his death is finally beginning to lift. It was so good to hear the things she was saying, and some of the self discoveries she is beginning to make. It's good to see her asking for help (something she never did before) and to start talking about her future. I admit I have so much love for her, and I had happy tears in my eyes while talking to her.

I admit she was, however, recently diagnosed with autoimmune issues. They think it may be Lupus and they are going to be conducting more tests.

I admit I've had a day of errands, chores, and getting my nails done while the Mister is at work. Taking a quick break to unwind here for a bit before I attack my bills in a minute. I admit dinner is already prepped for tonight's BBQ so all he has to do is put it on the grill. His lunch is made for tomorrow, his house is cleaned, and the laundry is just about finished. I admit I just cleaned my place from top to bottom yesterday, so today is his house's turn.

I admit, dinner with a good friend tomorrow at an awesome place in Midtown I just discovered, and sushi with another good friend on Thursday.

Hill I am truly sorry for your loss, I know how you feel, I have lost a few dogs and a couple of horses over the years, and it hurts almost as bad as losing a loved one in my opinion.
