I admit it I had planned for Granny & me to sleep in this am.

I admit it I told the daughter to stay home today & she agreed.

I admit it I told her that Granny & I would be taking a nap this afternoon.

I admit it I am all kindsa excited about BK's news & wish that I was in UT so I could go to the restaurant & say, "My compliments to the executive chef!!!"

I admit that with out evidence I am blaming zephs get up and go

I admit that I have about a ton of laundry and all manor of house work

I admit that there is enough bud clothes in this house which no longer fit my buds that I could make it so some one would never have to buy bud clothes

I admit I do not understand wanting to keep different outfits

I admit I am starting to make excuses to my self as to why I should not stop smoking tomorow

I admit they are in danger of working

I admit that, like suki, I also have a ton of laundry to do.

I also admit I won't be doing it today. v.v

I admit that sometimes when I'm feeling blue, looking at my wall of kink and the memories each item holds can cheer me up somewhat.

I admit that although I should, I will not quit smoking anytime soon.

I admit that I took my Geo Tracker for a 4-wheel drive romp around the ice and snow covered yard a few minutes ago.

I will admit that I enjoyed the fuck out of it, just like I always enjoy the fuck out of driving that lil' truck. ^_^

I admit that I wish I wasn't just watching him sleep, but that I was sleeping next to him, snug and warm.

I admit that my room being on the opposite end of the house from my fathers' room has its advantages. (I'm living with him temporarily until my pet and I can find a suitable place to stay, since our last place was a disaster.)

I admit that I truly have no love left for my father.

I admit that I would love more than anything to pack up my belongings, leave, and never look back.

I admit that I love you all for making a place here that I actually feel comfortable saying things like this in.

I admit, it's not the best food on the planet.  It's pretty darned good, but, there are tons better out there.  I still haven't even gotten my first Michelin star.

I admit, I blushed a little when I read this.

I admit from what I hear I think he would win

I admit I made biscuits and gravy for the family and was annoyed as hell when I had to tell the wife 5 times that it was done and consequently cold when she gets there

I admit I love house work when it is noticed and appreciated

I admit that approval for doing things like that makes me feel warm and content inside

I admit that I love hosting things movie nights dinners and still get the slavery buzz from it some times it is more because they do not know

I admit, I'd rather be on Kitchen Nightmares though, but only when I'm first opening my restaurant.  Chef Ramsay's help would be awesome!

I admit, I don't understand why people think Chef Ramsay is such a jerk when they watch his show.  If it were me in those situations, dealing with the incompetence in some of those restaurants, I'd make Chef Ramsay seem like Chef Barney the Dinosaur.

I admit, I believe the people who think that about him, have probably never worked in a pro kitchen.

I admit, I've worked for people 10 times as mean as him, and that was just a normal day in the kitchen.  He's not there to make nice nice, he's there because they wanted to get whipped into shape.  Not his job to be "liked".

I admit, that I actually just started watching his shows a couple nights ago and am catching up on them.

I admit, I don't know how he didn't strangle some of the people he's dealt with.

Status: offline 		I admit Gordan Ramsey is playing nice because when he first started Kitchen nightmares he was soo mean the BBC told him to tone it down or they would not make any more shows

I admit that he had at least one person crying per show

I admit whilst I have not worked in a pro kitchen I have known a few chefs and know that in the kitchen they was borderline pschotic but some how out of it they were fine people

I admit I know that it is everything to do with the chefs name being on the dish

I admit that might make me pissy if some one was giving me a bad reputation

I admit I had carrot cake and put more cream cheese icing on it

I admit, that's pretty common actually, more common than not.

I admit, chefs are certifiably fucking nuts, but we're there to get a job done.

EDIT:  to add:  I admit, it's probably because of the adrenaline and heat which has, over time, destroyed the part of our brain that keeps inhibitions and reasoning in check.

I also admit that, once we're clocked out, we're some of the most awesome guys and gals on the planet.

I admit that I can be downright cruel in the kitchen, but the second I'm off the clock I'm the first person to say "Kick ass job everyone, let me buy y'all a couple beers."

I admit that you are making me really want carrot cake... (my absolute favorite cake)
