I admit I am working to much again. I have the bruises, aches, and pain to prove it.
I admit I have a domestic servant now (not sure why)
I admit one of the old boys came back and has turned into a pup while I wasn't looking.
I admit I hate my phone and don't get enough sleep.
I admit I miss some of you folks.

I admit we went to the tenancy advice burreau, which is run by lawyers who do some voluntary work hours there, and I had a fucking blast

I admit she dictated a letter to the secretary and it is an awesome easter present for my ex slumlord

I admit she made clear within that letter that she demands a thorough explanation from him, how he comes to the impression, that it is ok to charge me the electricity for the whole year and if he fails to do so by 2nd of may, we will start court proceedings against him, to claim my paid expenses towards him, back from him

I admit this half an hour appointment there gave me emotions in all extremes....from almost crying in the beginning (which only did not happen as F spoke on my behalf as he knows I am emotionally run down from that arse, but it was really like 0.01% which prevented me from ending up in tears about that arse) to pulling myself together not to scream due to plenty plenty joy whilst listening to her how awesome she formulated the letter to him

I admit it feels fucking good, to know, that he will get this letter now (we as well, for our file).

I admit I am having the impression that we will need more help from her in the future, cause we still need my deposit back as well as the expected bill from him from this year...but she was fucking hawt....not hawt visually (there she was actually pretty scary, a damn taugh dark haired lawyer lady in her 50th) but hawt in her writing style

I admit I am quite shocked to receive an email from my parents with a scan in it, which entailed 2 reports from the newspaper...

I admit after reading them and then talking to parents, a couple they are friends with, fell victim to their tenant and their tenant has not been able to discuss his issues with noise of pipes in that house, in a civil manner...

I admit I do not know their confrontations ahead of this incident (he hasn't been a tenant there for long) but in the end he knocked on his door for 2-3 hours around midnight and once the male friend of my parents (he is 70) realised him, he did not open him but instead called the police....(which told him it will take quite long to get there - thanks to the great locations of our police stations...).

I admit he sent his wife off to their neighbours (I know them, as well as their neighbours, as I truly enjoyed spending there a lot of time as a kid) and this tenant guy smashed their kitchen door (a glas door to the outside) and then run off...

I admit, thankfully, the husband listened to his gut feeling and packed his wife in his car and they spend that night in their holiday home, many km far away, cause that arse from tenant returned around 5.45am and put the house on fire...where THANKFULLY a neighbour realised that smoke development at that fucking early time and called the fire engine...

I admit the fire department got the flames under control with 50 guys taking charge of it, but they told him, if they would have reached that destination 15 minutes later, that house would have been history...

I admit thank god that neighbour realised it!!!

I admit I am fucking grateful, that nothing happened to their health (as he struggled severely to move around for quite a while, until just after a few months ago, as he had broken something in the area of his hip, aged end of his 60s, now he just turned 71) and that this arse from tenant handed himself in at the police....

I admit what a fucking sad world this place is coming to....

I admit that baby M hit me in my back where I had surgery at...she hid on the back porch, not wanting a spanking. Mom made her apologize...

I admit my desk is cluttered...does this mean I have a brilliant mind? One of the books is the complete works of Shakespeare. There is also medicine, business cards, phone books, address labels and gaming discs...oh, and ALMOST all of my hooks.

I admit mom is feeling a little better. This week she got pnemonia, had a blood transfusion and had her second chemo for pre leukema.

I admit it bothers me that the pnemonia has worn her body down when she is fighting this leukemia.

I admit we are staying positive.

Annie, make sure she is getting the good antibiotics...my great Aunt G is relapsing on her leukemia and the doctors are deciding if she should have to go through the routine again, especially since she broke her leg and they had to put a rod in it. Mom is going to see her in a few weeks. Personally give her a bag of blood rich in platelets and morphine for the leg pain.

I admit that waiting until someone "flames" an OP so you can hop on the snark train on their coattails seems a bit counterproductive

I admit I really hope the atmosphere stays positive in this, our little thread.

I admit we who inhabit here have used it for many trials and tribulations, have received many warm wishes. We've been acknowledged and supported and helped, be it on the thread, in CMails, by phone, sometimes in person.

I admit there's been silly and wacky stuff too, where we've been able to laugh at our own antics, or giggle at someone else's, all in good fun.

I admit I heard the shots and saw terrified folks tearing away up the street.

I admit two men were injured, none killed.
