And a few months later she is back.

Evidently there is something here she needs to deal with, otherwise there would be no draw to return to a place she swears she cant stand.

I admit I bought my K a bike (she hadn't ridden a bike in over 20 years.). Today was her third day this week, and she did a full 1.1 mile!
I admit it, I'm very proud of her.

I admit my sister's interest in history is equal to my interest in crochet, meaning less than non-existant.
I admit that sweet sister has somehow convinced me to do her research on a history paper she has to do for her history class.
I admit that the professor must be joking on the requirements of the paper, since, considering the historic and social impact of the subject, 2 to 3 pages would not cover even a third of the points the professor wants
I admit that topic is "Watergate and its impact on American's views toward politics and politicians."

I admit that I could pull out one of my old papers on the subject, but it is not 2 to 3 pages, but 42! not counting bibliography and sources!

A decent bibliography for that would be longer than page count they're after, so it's a good job they don't count that.

What level's her history course? I take it this some sort of filler course rather than part of her major, and they're just after a really simplistic cliff notes version?

I admit K rode just under 4 miles her first week.
I admit the lake is beautiful and the weather is perfect with a nice spring flower scented breeze.
I admit getting the bikes on and off the car rack is a pain in the backside, but worth it.

I admit I'm feeling more optimistic and less overwhelmed. It is still an adjustment, living with my son, daughter in law and 2 toddlers but we made it over the first clash and things have more or less returned to an amiable cohabitation. Kay is still uncomfortable, but we know it's temporary. I've almost sold her on the small RV and travel plan. I just need to stop pissing her off by my backseat driving, and side seat driving and well, basically being a nuisance while she's driving.

I admit, if we had an RV, I would be in the back leaving her alone to drive in peace (said out loud for her hear).

I admit I need to work on my closing skills. She's still not sold on my awesome plan of living the gypsy life.

I admit Verlies Von Strange is a heavily themed rubber dungeon
I admit I have arranged for Lady Nicole and Lady Nadja to fly in from Germany to be here for Memorial Day for the official christening
