I admit Jeffs example reminds me on a recent decent talk show (meaning a talk show with decent guests not with nuts) where a woman found her father via fb after 50 years...

I admit she was invited due to the book she wrote about herself and there she said that it wasn't quite clear for her mum, who her father was, though once she was born with dark skin it reduced the options a lot😂

I admit nevertheless the wrong father was made believe to be the father, a guy stemming from sri lanka by his heritage...

I admit according to her mum he agreed to the first picture "ok, that's my girl" and paid 50 bucks a month child support...

I admit her mum left him paying despite that it became quite obvious, that she can't be his daughter...why make a fuss, after all he pays and she has got a father so all is good...

I admit after he saw her in person after 2-3 years he changed his mind cause by then she developed her lovely jamaican hair...and he made it clear...that's not my girl...

I admit in the end her own kids put pressure on her to enquire more about her dad and they only had the name "OIN", a street musician from jamaica...

I admit in the end "Oin" then was "Owen", and whilst he was from jamaican heritage, he by then was living in Canada as a tax consultant person (whatever you name that job there🙈)...

I admit it was funny how witty she explained it, it was a real joy to watch 😊😊😊

I admit unfortunately I have had no sleep tonight and I considered to cancel Crossfit today but as I kept delaying joining them a lot I will get my arse up and go...cause it is much more relaxing to sort out the membership stuff there on a Saturday then during the week (as we only have one car now and so it takes more organisation during the week when I need it as it does at the weekend) so I will just suck it up and go😳

I admit Crossfit was great in the new box😊

I admit my new coach debated with me for an hour my plans regarding Optifast (after Crossfit) and I leave it and keep trying on the old fashioned healthy normal way to get back in shape again

I admit he is just as blunt as my previous coach 🙈🙈🙈

I admit for now -of course- I miss my peeps from the previous box but it will only take some days of working out with the new peeps and all will be good again😔😔😔

I admit UM thinks "sleeping" is way too overrated...no need for sleep😣😣😣

Yes, I have, you see, the orthopedic ward at the hospital my doctor uses has some damn fine looking nurses, and all the single ones love wolf hybrids (I had a recent two day stay on the ward.)

Actually, the ward has a nice day room with no less than 4 coffee pots going at the same time, with none of that flavored shit.

My last stay on the ward was due to a large build up of fluid in and around the knee, they put a drain in and would not let me come home! My orthopedist is a rather unreasonable sort who grips at me for showing up not using my cane, not wearing my knee brace (damn thing is a bitch to clean and takes days to dry since you cannot put the bastard in the dryer) and the insurance company does not see the necessity of multiple braces to allow for cleaning.

He is really going to hit the ceiling when he finds out I am in the market for a new bike (prefer Harley, old norton or triumph.)

And while I admit Vincents are sweet rides, I just never really got comfortable on one.

I admit that I am a complete loss as to how ANYONE with any knowledge of carpentry can screw up a 45 degree cut AND offset one side of a door frame by 3/4 an inch.

I admit it, it is time to get real now about improving my fitness, weightloss and healthy eating...

I admit if I want a chance to apologize to my previous coach in December...I have to start now and not waste any more time on it🙈 cause I'm pretty sure, that if he can't see a change, he won't even bother listening to me😔

I admit the lucky ones are not the ones that go home at the end of a combat tour.

I admit that recently, Twitter suggested I follow someone who shares a name with an ex. I admit I posted on FB about that jolt.
I admit I was (I feel, understandably) non-plussed by said suggestion.
I also admit that someone I considered a friend decided to reveal publicly, on my post, that she had been hit on by said ex.
I admit that I am not feeling particularly friendly towards that person right now. WHY would you not keep that to yourself??
I admit that I hate humans sometimes.

I admit UM turned 8 months old yesterday and I think she is incomplete🤔

I admit I think her sleep button is missing🤔

I admit she has had a time, right into summer, where she slept 30-60 minutes after breakfast and 1-3 hours after lunch time...

I admit by now we feel blessed when she sleeps one hour per day...at times not even that😣😣😣

I admit "hugs" to Greedy...sorry to hear that...

I admit I am not to keen on humans either...

Speaking from experience.

UM's do have a sleep mode, however, it is set to activate when it is least convenient for the parents.
I have also (cant find a scientific way to prove the theory) that UM's at that age seem to be able to draw caffeine and stimulants from their natural surroundings, thus allowing them to go extended periods without sleep.

Dont worry too much, the sleep system gets real active when the start school, then they are almost impossible to wake up.
