Not possible to quit ciggies and soda at the same time, I would say. Quit when you are ready, that is the secret, for me anyway. Prepare to be ready. Ask your body to help you be and get ready. Imagine yourself ready to give it up and also have done so already. Quitting smoking can be ridonkulous pain to go through, you need to be ready, you need to super want to quit that is how hard it is for many folks. There are the cute traps too, like the three month period is a real beech to not get tripped up at. Someone cmailed me asking if Blue Sky soda is light blue. It comes in many flavors, maybe even a light blue one but I am talking about the Cola, mmmmm. I would suggest, I admit, I would, to try to get off the diet soda for sure. When I quit first I went back to the sugared one. The diet ones make you retain water and puff you out more. The formaldehyde is all wrong. The sugar goes more through you. It is unfortunate it is not the greatest kind of sugar, better off with Blue sky brand where at least it is cane sugar. Not high-fructose-clog-your-arteries-to-sap-so-the-blood-cannot-flow to keep you moving and feeling good. I partake in junk but not nearly as much as I usta kind of live on it. I jones for other things now and most of them are healthy so it is win-win.
