I admit that even though the long weekend is over, there should be no fear. The troll bbq's are still going strong.

I admit I'm going to miss some of excellent laughter when some of these twits who start the dumbest threads are gone.

I admit that I am laughing at the trolls, but TERRIFIED at the women who insist that they are not feminists. Of course not. Should we ask that they burn their voter registration cards?

I admit I am chuckling at the notes I am getting from posting my CM profile on my Seeking In Michigan thread on FL. AS IF there is anyone in Michigan for me!

I admit I am waffling over staying up too late reading (read the first Anita Blake last night, after being told a skillion times that I should NOT have started with Obsidian Butterfly. Frankly, I feel the same way after Guilty Pleasures---an okay fast read, but I am not compelled to chase down the others) or KNITTING, or actually getting some project notebooks together.

I admit I just got home from the hospital where I had a full evaluation. Together we were able to find out what triggerd this manic episode. She then spoke to me about my section 8 meeting and why it was / is so important. She said although it could be reschduled if she admited me the reality is the sooner i get moved the better off I am. Since he is now one of my triggers. She told me not to stay home alone tonight, so a friend is one her way over, pllus the kids are here. She said I have 2 days to see my doc about my meds. She also wants to to set 1 goal each day and accoplish it. She also wants me check in with her once a day for the next 3 days.

I admit after an emotional discussion about the health issue at home I feel better.

I admit it's never good to hold in ones emotions for too long (at least for me).

I admit my thoughts and feelings manifest into really bad things when I don't express them in an appropriate manner.

I admit I'm looking into a support group for caregivers.

I admit I will not curse what has been given to us, rather pray for guidance and acceptance.

I admit it I woke up at 4:56am starving and dying of thirst, which I am convinced is only because I am not allowed to have anything to eat or drink after 5am.

I admit it I have a cold which is making me feel pretty miserable....

I admit it I am fairly convinced I should be able to have water all day until my procedure.

I admit it I have no feelings about the procedure I am doing today.

I admit it I have an email in my cmail box from Angelika but cannot access it at this time.

I admit my lil girl is in labor now....just after I returned from the vet, spending 40 bucks on vet and cab

I almost got triggered the other day. A letter came in the mail, with my former (married) name on it. I knew I was getting upset so I called the company and requested that that was my former name and to convert back to my maiden name. When asked why, I told them that the brat that I was married was a meth head and that I do not...repeat...DO NOT have any business dealing with his bills for the past 4 years.

Usually, they requested it in writing, but I told them that I am bipolar and anything with his name on it sends me into a episode where I have to double my dosage of meds.

They change it for me on the spot.

which reminds me...I got a bunch of his photos in the shed...maybe I should go through them and send they back to his mother

Misery of being spayed? My 3 female cats were all up and at 'em in about 2 days. The misery of unwanted kittens is so sad Peanut.

I admit Inky did a great job of caring for herself.

I admit the folks on this thread are courageous; lions and lioness' they are.

I admit Kyttyn reminded me to write out a bucket list and hang it on my wall.

I admit I'm going to find one great thing each day to learn, see or hear.

I admit something has shifted for me and I'm feeling more empowered.

I admit I cared for my mom for 2 years and used an online support group for caregivers. Helped me tremendously. Mom is now well and all up in my business.

I admit it took all I had to not, ahem, 'hurt' my neighbor for erasing all my calls on my cell phone she borrowed.
