Sophie listen to me. I was there a few times over the past couple of years, please please don't fear seeking professional help, do it. If you feel this badly and you recognize that (good thing!) you need to.

I admit I found a rocking therapist and although I still battle my demons it helped me so much. I have ADD (suck) and I suffer from horrific cycling moodswings at times, and I tried to handle it myself until I was 40 years old. SO stupid.

I admit that I probably could have gotten a grip on it way sooner had I not tried to be my own shrink.

I admit you can always CM me, and it will get better. I just remember times that I thought life's crisis's were insurmountable and lo and behold I made it through to the other side then and I can do it again, and so can you even if it seems dismal right now.

I admit I am going to try and have an UNeventful day today.

I admit we spent far too long in ER yesterday.

I admit my poor son was sent home with a catheter.

I admit him is a grumpy boy after that ordeal.

I admit that I'm happy that Girly has a job this school year.

I admit that I'm sad that her son isn't feeling better.

I admit that I'm sad Linea's friend is not doing well.

I admit that I'm sad Sophie is having a rough time, but hope that she will get the help she needs.

I admit that I'm happy that Tigger-man got a "bouncy" email.

I admit that I looked in my purse when I got to the office and didn't see Kyttyn, nor did I see her in my tote bag. *grumbles*

I admit that I got some surprise "not napping" time with DB yesterday that was just yummy, even though it was kinda quick.

I admit that He was getting ready to leave and I reached around Him and locked my bedroom door.

I admit that He said, "I see..."

I admit that I took advantage of Him and did things that made His toes curl. *YAY!!!*

I admit that He said He may have to visit me again tonight and tomorrow night, just to be "neighborly."

I admit that I told Him that He was in "twubble" and that I was giving Him corner time because He didn't call me back Sunday night after He said He would.

I admit that He laughed, which made me say, "I'm berry serious. It's the corner for you, Mister. Can we see how that works for me?"

I admit that He rolled and said, "Yeah, baby, let's see how that goes for you when I see you later this week."

I admit that sounds wonderful, right? I don't have anything to worry about, do I?

I admit that I just got the last non-Moderator post in over on the thread about pro/con Moderators before They finally locked it down.
I admit that what I told the OP of that and other tasteless threads was more than he could deal with, apparently.

I admit that it was lovely to stand in front of my new flat and whilst looking down wards (downwards the street) to be able to see the beach.

I admit that I doubt that this area is an area where people would actually go swimming but that does not matter....beach is good either way as I also enjoy just walking on the beach and the main beach won't be that far away...

I admit that the rooms are a bit smaller than in my current flat (I think the bedroom is about 2/3rd of my size here and the lounge maybe the same or 3/4th of my size here).

I admit it doesn't bother me as such as the kitchen makes it all worth

Proper space to cook ... at last...after 6 fucking years

I admit I am considering to live in my lounge similar as in a studio flat that I will sleep in there....as I doubt that my bed and my huge antique style partners desk will fit into that small-ish bedroom.

I admit I would not mind that solution as I don't want to sell my partners desk as it was a real bargain on ebay 3 years ago.

I admit I like the fact that I am allowed to paint the walls how I like

I admit I made clear that I will change the floors as that old shabby carpet floor makes me feel icky

when I have no idea what is living in there

I admit I am also going to look into it what it would cost me to replace the bath tub and the toilet as they don't look that appetising either.

I admit that whilst this cost a bit of money I don't mind...as it means I am able to decorate the flat how I want it to be to feel comfortable

I admit that I met my estate agent today already and informed them that I resign my place here....

I admit I like the fact that now I only am going to have to pay half the rent on the 15th as I will be gone on the 30th of september.

I admit I decided by now to keep Merlin and despite recent arguing to pass on Urmel to my colleague.

I admit this is as I am confident that Merlin is great show quality and despite not being a fan of shows I will give it a go as long as he is quite young...

I admit I am in touch with a breeder who has a potential oriental cat to sell to me...and I might get another one or a siamese from Summers breeder.

I admit that whilst this means quite a few furrys that I always wanted oriential or siamese cats ... and that garden today confirmed to me that there is the right place for it.

I admit I am looking forward to move
