I'm very into the idea of my girl wearing some kind of...something, underneath her clothes on a daily basis, that only we'd know about. Ideas we've looked at so far:
-Sexy lingerie (a tame concept, but effective)
-Nipple piercings
-Chains - on the nipples, around the waist, ankle, etc

Any other suggestions?

Rubber undergarments. I use to do this all the time. Currently do not own any, but wearing rubber of any kind is a real turnon for me, as I know it is for many others.

You can try a rope body harness. Use a thin cord to avoid bulges and tie it a little loose to prevent any circulation issues.

This one may not be for everyone, but if you're into control and humiliation don't sell this one short. Being forced to wear diapers and plastic pants under your regular clothes, then being taken out. A simple trip to the mall, going out to dinner, or a night at the pub will never be the same again. The Dominant doesn't have to take things all the way, but the submissive doesn't know what will happen and struggles with a total loss of control. Maybe you're just meant to squirm a bit, but maybe your Dominant has decided to take it to a whole new level.

I was gonna mention that too, but figured that might have been a little too hardcore for a beginner.

Yes wulfgraw, a beginner may think that this is too hard core, but actually it's perfect for beginners. What makes it so perfect is the flexibility the Dominant has to adapt to the level their sub/slave is at and push them along without having to change anything in the routine they follow. At first just having to wear a diaper and plastic pants may be all the sub/slave can handle, but as the Dominant see a comfort level developing, they can turn up the heat without having their sub/slave even notice. At least not notice right at that moment. Stopping for a coffee, or a beer or two at a pub may seem harmless on their own, but when that delays your return home, all of a sudden things have changed. Make her wear two bracelts run thin cain from each up yjr sleeves have her wear a chain necklace join the wrist chains to that with a tiny lock.
Long sleeves and a mandarin collar blouse will hid them nicely, a thin chain round her waist then more chain thro the crotck \h locked on thight cuffs couls also be linked to the waist chain. My sub has been out like this and believe me it does not show

Ok, simplest secret "chain" ever. Find a nice thin silky cord. Tie a small loop in one end and then a series of chain knots until you have a cuff long enough to fit around her ankle. Secure with either a small luggage lock or by tying it on.

I say this because you're talking real life. Practically speaking, a lot of that stuff up above will be hard to do at work. Or make her horribly uncomfortable. One of the best, most discreet, and most amazingly erotic types of sneaky everyday fetishwear ideas is the simple rope harness.

Everyone who's into bondage has at least some vague idea of Shibari (Japanese rope bondage) and how to do it. And I think it's fair to say that almost all submissives enjoy it, when done right. Tying a simple rope harness around your sub each morning before he or she dresses is a great way to keep them intensely and pleasurably aware of their position throughout the day, it's safe and hygienic (so long as you're not using highly abrasive or dirty types of rope), it's almost impossible to detect if others aren't specifically looking for it, and there's a nearly infinite number of variations. At any local Home Depot you can usually find some cotton/nylon hybrids that are okay for loose harnesses that don't rub against the genitals (they can be abrasive and carry chemicals), and they come in a lot of pretty colors as well...and a pack of about 100 ft costs no more than I think $7. You could also go online and order some of the really nice stuff; silk rope feels the best and is the most comfortable for long-term wear...a sub could wear a silk harness for days at a time, in theory. However, possibly the best option is to use a simple hemp rope, which you can either buy ready-made or go grab a few packages of it at a local craft store and braid it yourself. You can add all sorts of beads and whatnot to this and tie it to be permanent, and hemp is all natural and perfectly safe to get wet. However it can be very abrasive and dangerous to the genitals, so this is best used as a breast harness, a leg-to-arms harness, or anything else not involving a thong-style. :P

As a subby girl myself, I know that this is one of the most erotic and loving things a Dom can do to make a submissive feel loved and truly owned. There's lot of good ideas given. But whatever turns you on and makes your blood boil, there's probably a way to wear something similar under clothing. And don't discount lingerie quite so fast... There's plenty of really kinky linigerie, leather, latex stuff out there that can be worn under clothing.
