Of course I can.  I can learn from anyone.  Doesn't matter what role you take you are still a humanbeing with thoughts, ideas....You can learn from anyone

I would never want someone in my life that was helpless and weak.  The kind of dynamic I have, that would definitely not work.  To me slaves are strong and proud of what they have chosen

This is absolutely nut.  The purpose of the Sub/Slave is to serve the Dom/me and should he/she should function as a depository and as meat with a heart-beat.

I would have to agree with most of what has already been said.

We learn from everyone around us, if we allow ourselves.

Hell, I recently worked for a horrible manager and believe it or not, I learned a lot from him. Okay, maybe it was mostly how not to do things and how not to treat people, but just seeing the fallout of his decisions and mannerisms taught me a lot about managing and how people react to things.

Quite valuable. Regardless of lifestyle choice, sexuality, etc.

Don't talk so fast, I'm trying to write all this down...

Most of what I think has already been said here.
People (hopefully) learn from people in relationships, it doesn't matter what type of relationship it is. My little girl has learned from me and I've learned from her. That's the way it will continue to be. One never knows where wisdom will come from, so one should be open to accept it, regardless of the source.
I do like the CEO/admin. asst. comparision mentioned earlier. I see that in my relationship with my little girl.

No wonder you wanted pot roast, the damn thing has to cook for hours on end.

About the meat with a heartbeat guy, go read his profile. Even funnier as he says he's a dominant but he's looking for a domme. So I guess he wants just to be a piece of mindless meat himself.

Ok now that I've stopped laughing at the one post...

I plan to continue learning from others and evolving for the rest of my life. It doesn't matter to me what side that person is located on or the label they attach themselves to.

The moment I stop learning is the moment I start dying. Not something I'm planning to do anytime in the near future.

The profile is extremely bright (in color).  He is looking for a domme and a submissive, so it is a bit confusing as to exactly what type of meat with a heart-beat is his preference.
